That 'neighbor' is an azz. These aren't large realty companies vying for prime real estate. There, it'd be blood in the water and winner take all. Here, It's a 'neighbor' being an azz over .2 acres and 'half' her neighbors house. She could have done the right thing and told the owner about it when it went up for auction. Clearly, the owner was unaware and felt she was doing the right things for her property. I'm not interested in the arguments for the 'neighbor.' There's legal....and then there's 'right.' What comes around goes around...

She has every right to be upset here...imo.

Wow. That had to be a surreal experience. I saw McCartney live about 15 years ago and he was incredible. I had the 'luxury' of being in a suite in an arena. I'd trade that in a second for the show you linked to.

My favorite line of the night was from "Sean Connery" in the Jeopardy skit: After answering 'what is yellow?' to the question about color of snow he added this (paraphrase) ...."I made some yesterday Trebek.....I wrote your name. Of course... it was in your mother's handwriting."

I enjoyed it too. It's hard to start our with Fallon and JT and then 'go from there.' Those two do some great stuff together. I really liked the two 'shots' at Lovitz about him being dead. Especially, the one at the end of the 'serious' tributes to those who have died. That was really well done. The super bass-o-matic '76 making a return was awesome.

She is a very talented woman. No question. No shame in appreciating that. I don't care for that song though. I do like the Beck tune though. College days for me. I run a lot and listen to a lot of up tempo stuff while doing that. If I'm picking Beyonce, I like Sweet Dreams a lot. Great song to run to given tempo and the 'bass' (it's prob electronic) is great.

I don't know the facts but if they did pull kids from neighboring areas....especially if those are elite LL level players....this is total BS. They stack a team (all you need are a few elite arms at the LL level) and maul everyone. It's completely unfair. Other teams have been stripped of titles in the past.
