Now, simply think of 1st base, 2nd base & 3rd base as 1st downs and home plate as a TD or FG. Maybe you can "steal a base" here or there with a nice intermediate pass or the occasional home run or deep pass, when it's there, but otherwise you're just trying to grind for the next 1st down (the next base). Well, not superstition, but I still want to share this. I watched the McDaniels press conference the other day. Instead of talking about the upcoming game, I think he spent 95% of it (don't believe I am exaggerating here) discussing the Tyreek Hill matter instead of what they were doing to prepare for the Buffalo Bills. If this were Belichick, he would have shutdown this line of questioning in 10 seconds, but McDanials entertained Tyreek questions just about the entire press conference. In that moment, it was clear to me that the Dolphins didn't have their focus on the Bills game. So, for first time ever, I bet $100 on Bills to win, straight-up!

Understand what you're saying, but any committee attempting to determine the "quality" of any given topic just seems kind of arbitrary. If a topic doesn't interest anyone, skip over it. Is a little "clutter" on the board enough justification to adopt the draconian measure of limiting discussion to just one approved topic per day? To me, anyhow, the answer is 'no'. As an aside, appreciate all that the mods & contributors do - wouldn't want that task.
