Very good chance I may be on my way to Afghanistan from here in Japan by mid November for a year. As most of you know I have been to Somolia, and Iraq with awesome support from the wallers. The opportunity came up for Afghanistan and I jumped on it. It's what we do. We (the Marines) are starting to take over for the Army there and will have a large presence there very soon. We'll find that bastard, one way or another.

I know I'm a day late and a dollar short but they just showed this years espy's here in Japan. I have to say that Justin Timberlake is a very talented and funny futher mucker.... To think "*ick in a box" started it...lol.. The show is a little retarded considering only about 25% of the people were actually there to get their award but.... I thought JT was very funny....

Chocolate cake is chocolate cake with chocolate icing. Technically if it is chocolate cake mix with any other icing it's still chocolate CAKE but how often to you see chocolate cake with vanilla icing? He has no logical argument and it never ceases to amaze me as to why I respond in these threads....

Well I went to Boot Camp in 1988 and got my ass beat on more than one occassion... It was usually because someone in my squad screwed up and I got my ass beat. It's not nearly as bad at Marine boot camp anymore either. They can't (aren't supposed to) cuss or haze recruits anymore either but Marines have a unique way of getting around regulations...

It's bad in the military too. White boards are now "Dry Erase Boards" Flip charts are now "Turn Charts" Black boards are "Chalk Boards" Just a few examples. Since when is referring to a color racist. A black hole is fuggin BLACK!!!

I was stationed in Hawaii from 92-95 and being the resourceful Marine that I am, a buddy and I scammed press passes to the Pro Bowl in 93 & 94. We contacted NFL headquarters in NYC and told them we worked for the base newspaper and requested to have credentials for the game. We had practice passes all week at Aloha Stadium and sideline and locker room passes on game day. It was awesome. Got my picture with Steve Tasker, Thurman, Bruce, Andre and Kelly. I had them all blown up and got them autographed the next day. I got Kelly on a football but not the picture. He didn't make the Pro Bowl that year but was there during the media day. I've also had dinner in Hawaii with Howard "House" Ballard and met Nate Odomes and Henry in at the 92 Pro Bowl. What a great time... Oh, and I used my Marine status to get in real good with all the cheerleaders too.....

Personally, I'm getting tired of tools like you that haven't been there and have no clue what's really going on over there.
