  1. USMC--I think Jerry Gray said this not AS.  I think its okay for a coach to praise and try to build up individuals on his D.

I see what you're saying but he's still putting that in the back of his head. I just think that players should be motivated to go all out for the good of the team and not individual glory. I guess that's just the team concept that we use in the Marines coming out in me. It's just my opinion.

To me, I think that’s what he should be shooting for every year, trying to get around that 14, 15, 16 range. Mainly because in order to be All-Pro, you’re going to have to do that, because you’ve got some good players he’s going against, like Jason Taylor. In order to unseat those guys from the Pro Bowl, you’re going to have to get that many sacks.”

I don't like this statement. A player should never be worried about individual stats for pro bowl consideration. See Nate Clements week one going for a pick when he should've batted the ball down. That's stevestojan...

  3. If any of you want to get a good hearty laugh, take a listen to the Jonas Jennings audio from yesterday on the official Bills site. He really shuts down Jerry S. It's hillarius!!  :D

Also , in the MM audio from yesterday JS asks him about throwing long, and MM snubs his question as well   Good stuff...

Although JS is a jackass his question about throwing long is one I would've liked to heard the answer to....

  4. I guess you forgot the standing ovtion Joe Torre received from Red Sox fans when he returned to coach after missing games due to his battle with prostate cancer.

Too bad none of them post on this board... :I starred in Brokeback Mountain:

  5. I would lke to think after what he's been through, that fans in all MLB cities would have given him a warm welcome back.  I am a BoSox fan all the way, and I do have a hatred for the Yanks much like I do for the Phins, but that doesn't mean I do not respect the players or the organization and it certainly doesn't keep me from wishing well a fellow human being who has been through hell!

I'm glad to see there's at least one BoSox fan with some class. :)

  6. Pretty good. I listened to them on Sirius. Murphy was decent. AVP is a little dry though. One thing I like about AVP though is having just retired he offers good insight as to what players are thinking during a specific play. Especially Drew.

  7. Excuse me- I forgot the bus marked "Pat's Trolls" was the tiny short one in the parking lot.

I hate to throw off your GED studies by confusing you with some very simple realities for the rest of us, but productivity is by definition measured in a quantitative manner as I, and the official website of the NFL, have pointed out. You apparently are welcome to offer your uneducated hypotheses here in a Buffalo Bills forum, but never mistake my exposing your inability to reason or accept logic as a friendly gesture. I don't see the the Pat's fans who have polluted this forum in the past year as capable of becoming "contributors" as many other opposing team's fans before them have become over time. But in every case there was some exercise of manners in their cases.

On the other hand if your intention here is to participate in a discussion of our division excuse my cold welcome. I see the garbage offered by others under the same flag you wave and assume you're as much of a louse as some of them. If you'd like to talk about the dynamics of the game of football in the manner of a guest in another's home I'll be the first to apoligize for the reception.

Be careful AKC, there's an awful lot of big words in this post for the trolls to try and understand.

  8. No link, got this in E-mail, thought it was pretty funny!
