The regresssion of Edwards continues. He's not the same quarterback we saw early in the season. I'm not sure what happened to his psyche but it's in bad shape. Was afraid to throw the ball downfield. What's concerning is not the interceptions but the fact that he totally changed his mindset afterwards. The successful ones keep attacking and forget about the past quickly. He was the opposite - constant check downs - no throws on timing patterns - waiting for receivers to get wide open and then throwing late. Can't blame the o-line tonight - he had tons of time in the pocket. Mentally not there right now.

Watching two of the most unfortunate franchises in the NFL duke it out, you just knew it was going to be a heartbreaker one way or the other. The Browns have already had their share this year. But i was sure we'd take the title tonight and when Lindell lined up, it was a given that he'd miss. I don't even get as worked up as i used to over losses like this because i know it's coming. They get togehter every Sunday that there's a Bills game. I haven't able to go this year due to having a 10 month old to watch. Make sure to check it out sometime.

Regarding the Bills Backers event at the Sports Page Bar & Grill: Starts at 12pm Beer is not included - buy separately - they have Labatt's Blue Chesterfield is about 25-30 minute drive west from downtown so it may not be convenient for you guys that are staying by the stadium. But if you can make it great. I probably won't be there due to my schedule on Sunday but will try to meet as many Bills fans downtown before the game.

For all you out of towners coming to The Lou this weekend, Bills Backers of St. Louis will be holding a pre-gme tailgate in west county with 15 vans heading downtown to the game aftewards. Tailgate $7/person, includes burgers, dogs, chips, etc... Roundtrip van is $16/person. The Sports Page 13431 Olive Blvd Chesterfield, MO (314) 434-4115 Google Map Tailgating down at the stadium is horrible. There's no huge parking lot like at the Ralph. Washington Ave is a good spot near the stadium. It's the Chippewa Street of St. Louis. The Marriott by Busch Stadium also is always packed for sporting events. Should be a fabulous weekend. The Bills Backers of St. Louis are planning to get a contingent together. I haven't heard back from our fearless leader, but he's been working to get tickets together. He told me that the Rams only require 20 people to get a group rate. Also said the KC Bill Backers were trying to coordinate with us to come down for the Rams game. I had a friend who was a doctor; so he has studied the core sciences throughout his life, which he now uses in his profession every day. We got into this long conversation about evolution and he being a born again Christian would not accept the science behind the age of the Earth nor evolution. It was bizarre. A day later he nonchalantly dropped a book on my desk written by a Christian author debunking geological evidence and other science to prove that stories in the Bible are literal. He also told me that since I wasn’t Christian and didn’t accept Jesus, I was doomed to hell fire, even if I was a decent human being even by Christian standards.
