"Anyone who still thinks the Bills were correct to bench Tyrod Taylor for the Nathan Peterman Turnover Loop yesterday need only look around the league. Jared Goff, Deshaun Watson, Carson Wentz, Alex Smith: all have either benefitted or improved this season because they play in offenses tailored to their strengths as quick-read or dual-threat quarterbacks." How about this all those QB's listed are BETTER than Tyrod will ever be! I hate stupid snarky articles written by someone who has probably seen three Bills games in three years.
Interesting; he didn't specifically thank the fans which is what these PR posts usually start with. I wonder if it was intentional or not. I think he understands most Bills fans aren't too happy with him.
Tyrod is a pretty low ceiling/high floor guy. He won't hurt the team but I personally hope they are still ready to move on when a better option comes along.
I hope not, he's not a guy I would enjoy cheering for.
Its funny I raised an eyebrow when I read Adam Schein's tweet "Finally, Kelvin Benjamin gets to play with a real quarterback. Love this for Bills. They are making the playoffs."
I'm with you; done with the over-the-top celebrations. All those "socially concerned" athletes who are compelled to demonstrate support and unity at the expense of honoring our nation and its symbols should take a moment from celebrating themselves and make their "statements" after they score. Kneel quietly them instead of acting like a buffoon.
It will cost the Redskins 35MM to franchise him again next year. They may not have a choice about letting him walk. I could see a tag and trade deal though.
Start with Brady,Roethlisberger, Carr, Alex Smith, Rivers, Manning, Wentz, Cousins, Prescott, Rodgers and I could go on. My point is he's not a top 10 QB so they should keep looking to improve the most important position on the field.
I've never hated Tyrod, he seems like a terrific young man. I still don't think he gives you the best chance to win a championship and the Bills should continue to try to improve the position
