Because of the generosity of fellow TBD posters and just all around nice fellows, Jay "Kilty" Rubeo and Mead are sending me their tickets. So if you want to go to the draft party at the Ralph contact me for pick up instructions, via PM with your cell number, as I'm located really really close to the Ralph. Stadium parking lot opens at 5, stadium at 7, draft starts at 8pm. I hear fans might also be able to get on to the field.

Are you asking are the Bills parking lots going to the healthy zone, like no smoking in the Ralph, so no booze drinking in the stadium lots?

or perhaps a mix drink from where you parked or from a bar near the Ralph? Not from a stadium lot but from a private lot using the SIDEWALKS of Southwestern (RT20), Big Tree (RT20a), Abbott?

last year it was a 2 day event, this year I think it's only Thursday. From what I hear, the event starts at 7, the lots open at 5, there is free parking with a pass.
