  1. I have no clue. I remember him saying it was a either or offer (Ed) for the land. I'm curious what anyone would think the highest best value of the Mud lot is worth. 10 acres and I think it's zoning is for farming which is one of the lowest ratings as apposed to a B (business) or even a R (residential). It's easier to go down in zoning than up.
  2. You could give him a heads up about the rumors but until something happens no worries. If it does happen it could be all the property (more than likely) or partial. It would take no time at all to cross the street and negionate. They cut each other's throat.
  3. Your not growing old, your just more experienced. Atleast that's what I tell myself!
  4. Yep. Mrs Barco passed on Jan 2 2016 leaving the property to 2 of her 8 kids. The property is 10 acres. The Barcos from my info have in the past been offered fair market value which they turned down. I can't tell you what they want $$ but if they get it Wow. There is rumors about a family parking lot ( no drinking) which would work with the Family Events in the Field House and Family Zone seating in the Ralph. There are other modifications to the stadium complex which are in consideration. If I were the Barcos I would be careful because eminent domain could be used. My Dad had that happen to him when they built the stadium.
  5. Sort of what I have been thinking er saying. On a side note, there is continuing construction at the offices at OBD. Last fall there was steel erected for perhaps more offices space for the ever increasing coach hirings. There also have been surveyors seen walking "around" the stadium area. For what, only time will tell. Only if my neighbors keep giving me those special IPA's!
  6. Yes it is. Some thought Kraft was co-commissioner of the NFL but it looks like Jones is. Besides the relocation fee, Jones is from Arkansas, Kroenke wife is a Walton of Walmart$$$ based in Arkansas. I just thought that was a interesting link in Jerrys battle for Kroenkes stadium, of which 60 acres of the complex land was formally in control of Walmart. Grumman of the NFL also played a interesting part in the stadium bid.
  7. The Upside Down & Inside Out airplane video by OKGO. That brought a smile on my face just like eating Stromboli made by Chef Mead. Last nights was awesome!
  8. Perhaps they got nothing, perhaps they got let's look at teams in the conference realignment or less pressure for a rehab Ralph/new stadium or.... It's all part of negotiations
  9. On ESPN. If you can't watch it's a very good read about the Rams move. I wonder what the Pegulas got for their vote.
  10. I guess Shady was absent the day the Buffalo Bills held their "Make Mom Proud" class.
  11. Not really the Bulls have been using the Biils field house for practice for years.
  12. Ralph Wilson Stadium the Best sight lines in the NFL why because it's a football stadium not multi sport stadium. Rehab the Ralph at 1/2 billion $$ and bus the UB kids in. All 500 who support the Bulls!
  13. I thought I heard 40% of UB students are from NYC, Anyone know student body make up?
  14. She would be MORE entertaining than seeing low lifes table slamming.
  15. Currently Ralph Wilson complex is 196 acres with parking for 10,000 cars 300 buses 250 rvs that Pegulas control $$$$. Largest down town site is 44 acres and they will not control parking,
  16. According to Erie County Executive Mark Polinarz Ralph Wilson Stadium infrastructure good for another 25 years as is.
  17. Once a year drain the tank. Follow manufactors instructions.
