NYS should spend $200 million to tear down ( for the jobs ) one upper deck, at the Ralph, per year and rebuild them. And then NYS should promise to give the new owners $10 million a year for 30 years Total $500 million which is less than 1/5th the cost of Woody Dome.

In fact Jim Kelly opened a huge bar and restaurant in the South end of the mall that was formerly a bank. The bar was a bad business decision. It was out of touch with what Buffalonians would patronize. I went to Kelly's once when I came back for one of the Super Bowls. I remember buying one beer, paying with a twenty and the bartender not returning with my change. I had to get the manager involved in order to get my change. At least you got change. I know people who still are owed $$$

I drove by the Ralph today around 12:34 pm and there was a line of I would guess 30 people outside the ticket windows. I would think the line was a lot longer earlier in the day. The Bills switched from tickets.com to ticketmaster this year, but, still have the Forans in charge of ticket sales!

I have been there. I had to take a guy to court over money he owed me for services provided. You only get one chance to make your case so make sure you have all your paper work, pictures, witnesses, and if they cannot be there in court have them write a letter. If you are not a public speaker, write a outline of your points. Good luck. I am not a lawyer, but have spent time in jail, er a Holiday Inn.
