Regent Broadcasting just bought Infinity's (CBS) Buffalo radio cluster. Word around town is they have been talking to other radio stations "personalities". Perhaps, another sports/talk station is in the works!

I stopped by The Ralph and received my compensation. It seems I was the first fan(?) that had entry denied since the new admission rule started 3-4 years ago. The Bills web site has the rule on it's site and I'm sure next year "The Hammer Rule" will be included in the season ticket holders guide book. I will say that I am satisfied with the way my situation was handled once it got to the right people. The only thing I am dissatisfied with is THE PRODUCT ON THE FIELD this year.

From what I heard on the radio from a FEMA spokesman, there was very little interest from (town/county/buffal) officials in the 100 generators that where sitting near Hammer's Lot. Could it be that no one know about them???

2 News conferences this afternoon. The City of Buffalo featuring Mayor Byron Brown who said yesterday that he (Buffalo) does not need National Gurad Help (WTF!?) Congressman Brian Higgins who last weekend with Chuck Schumer and Hillary Rotham Clinton praised Fema, now is blasting FEMA for no "direction" and have not been in Buffalo. Also the President of Buffalo school Williams sayed Wednesday Buffalo school buses will do a test run. A good idea so soon?? I do not think so. I love the part where they all thank each other for a great job. Cut out the "Thank You Love" fest. Erie County News conference Joel Giambra said FEMA have been hear since th weekend and in fact has a seat at the local command center. Yesterday, the Buffalo news had a photo of FEMA regional director Kempf looking at damage. Joel thinks FEMA is doing a good job. It seems that after 5 days a split has formed in local goverment.

And sat for 24 hours before they moved out the generators. The water pumps still sitting along with a New York State highlift which could be used for tree/branch removal.

Yes, I had minor tree damage. No basement flooding (as I have a generator) like what I have seen on TV. We got our power back on friday so I have been helping out a elderly couple. He lost his leg and is in a wheelchair. They refuse to leave their house so that's where my generator is now.

This morning I only read 3 stories in the Buffalo News. Your friends story was one of them. That story brought tears to my eyes. What a couple.

3 tankers and 12 semi with 5 huge generators each. A couple of N.Y. state trucks with water pumps (and Police escort) also just pulled in. Hopefully they will not be sitting idle to long. On a side note, my wife and her mom went food shopping yesterday. My wife noted the store selves had no beer, chips, Lays brand products gone, Troyer Farms loaded.

I have power as of 10 pm Friday. The Ralph also has power. The neighborhood next to Danny's has no power! Your brother should move next to The Ralph.

I woke up from a nap a t 11:15PM to my wifes "ah zhit" as or 5 youngest maples still with leaves where bent to the ground due to heavy wet snow. There is only about 2 inches on the ground here in O.P.. As I was outside the sound of tree branches cracking and the power transformers across the street making voltage noises. It's only a matter of time that we will be include with the 100,000 other people without power here in WNY.

There is nothing wrong with being Hammered in the drinking way! Just heard it's 36 and windy in O.P yet just down the road in Boston 46 and no wind!!

The security and customer service at the Ralph have different color jackets on. I was able to get the color and numbers ( example blue 1609) of the persons I talked to which I included with my story.

What do you think the $20 million that Uncle Georgie is giving Ralph is for!

The Bills customers service dept. has been in contact with me. It seems this is the very first time this situation has ever happened. An agreement has beeen made on compensation and I am waiting for their call to complete the agreement on compensation.

I have been in contact with the ticket office and will be dropping off a letter. Yes they know about Hammer's Lot Yes the gate personal know the reason why I wanted entry at the 4Qt which should not matter. I don't think it matters if I make money off them, they make money off me! I pay property taxes to the town of Orchard Park do the Bills (est. cost to town of Orchard Park per year $25,000 for Police) and I also pay for a parking permit. By the why certain town officials get into the Bills game for free just by showing their I.D. More to come about that in the future.

All I want is my money back.
