Great football discussion here. Though I am not adept at diagnosing the "nuts and bolts" as some, it seems clear that everyone agrees that the PW departure has spelled disaster. What can JG really do with the talent on the roster now (besides become real religious real fast)? I don't think the players are being very disciplined parlty because the schemes are high risk, and do not play into the "natural strength" of the players... If I were JG I would start to correct this in the film room, first by admitting to the players we miss PW....

"PC" has been around in every society and it chages with the times. What was "PC" when Rosa Parks refused to move out of her seat is not the same as "PC" means now (thank God). If the guy said something offensive to someone, and he said "I'm sorry if that was offensive", who cares? Just respect each other and move on. BTW, I would LOVE really FAST players on MY team....

Great point. I remeber the Bills being in some games in 2001 but the run defense let them down, alot like this year....Except the Bills are on a pace to allow MORE yards thiis year....

I am held accountable on my job. Why not TD? If the Bils were a Fortune 500 company, what do you think the stock would be worth right now? It has been going down for 5+ years, and if I were a shareholder, I'd start to question the management right about now....
