I didn't know there was a rule where you're not allowed to taunt the opposing teams fans? If that's the case, they shouldn't even sell them the tickets. That's what they do in Europe to prevent fights in the stands.

It's not always the case that the most talented team wins. Remember that Spain almost went out to Italy in 2008 (who sucked), if it wasn't for a miraculous save. Capello is one of the best coaches of all time. Having coached Real, Milan, Roma and Juve to multiple championships, he is just a genius. It's hard to win the WC, but the only team that historically can win on talent alone is Brazil.

The point wasn't to make the banks bigger, just to make sure that the banks that were going to fail had sufficient cash to honor their debt payments and counterparty obligations. If not, the resulting crash would have been substantially worse.
