  1. It wasn't as bad as it's been publicized. I walk on St Catherine every morning to work and you'd never know there was anything that happened last night. It's nice that people took pictures so the cops can easily identify them and they'll get what they deserve.
  2. He whined and complained the entire series. Did you ever see Gretzky/Lemieux pull that kind of stuff? Constantly yapping at the ref?
  3. I like Crosby but I think he's a sore loser. Maybe he takes it too personally which is why he has achieved so many achievements at a young age but clearly he has trouble dealing with his frustration. An example, 30 seconds into yesterdays game, boarding penalty? Totally unecessary. If he wasn't frustrated and more composed (given that he's the leader of this team), that penalty would not have been taken. But he's young so he'll learn I guess.
  4. It's not about heart, it's about swagger and confidence. Right now, LE CH has it.
  5. 2005 Flames : Made it to the finals to lose to the Lightning. Generally no, the lower seed doesn't end up winning, but we'll see if that is to change this year. To me the most impressive run was the Flames that year. Detroit, San Jose, Vancouver all knocked out. Tampa was just too good that year.
  6. Actually that's incorrect. Montreal needed a tie to make it to the playoffs against Toronto and that's what they did. Had they NOT at least tied, then the Rangers would have had to lose, which they did, for the Habs to make the playoffs. Therefore, they showed enough heart to tie a road game against the Leafs
  7. What shocks me is how Subban is playing. The guy has 3 NHL games on his belt, and get's thrown in a game #6 vs the Presidents trophy winners and looks like he's been doing it for years. He's now logging the most ice time. Insane.
  8. Nothing to do with heart. Hot goaltender and good defensive system. Remember that Jacques Martin lost in the semi-finals two years in a row to the Leafs. It was well agreed that the goaltending was the main issue (lalime was terrible). Let's see how he could go with a team who's doing well and a hot goalie. By the way, Cammallari is sick. Sick I tell you.
  9. Wow with the celebrations here, you'd think they just won it all lol
  10. Im not rooting. Im just sure that philly wont lose after this monumental comeback
  11. I love chicago ever since the early 90s. Edmonton montreal are my two favorite childhood teams though. I can'tbelieve they pulled this off. Darin was right.
  12. Original 6 final? Would be sweet.
  13. Bring on the flyers!!!
  14. This is insane. The pens are throwing everything at jaro.
  15. I'm At a coffee shop in cv since i live downtown now. Not that much but im assuming its a mess next to the bell
  16. Lol i wish.
  17. For the last 3 months i have been preparing for a brutal exam that is june 5th (pass rate 30%). This is the year that it would not have bothered me had they not made the playoffs because i really don't have much time to spare. I can't believe i have to feel guilty to stop studying just to watch a period Oh well. Unluckiest sports fan alive i guess
  18. Cheapest probably around 250$.
  19. Mondays game at the bell will be rocking. i couldn't get my hands on tickets
  20. Consider the amount of hockey the Pens have played in the last 3 years and you shouldn't be surprised.
  21. I love this beat: 2am simply stoopid. Jean Leloup - Go Johnny Go (french but good beat) Fame - GZA
  22. Injuries, momentum, half of the team is brand new. Takes a while before the system gets involved. But in reality they're playing hard for their coach. Coaching for me is much more important than talent. Just ask Ovechkin
  23. So you need to be offensive to generate calls? You mean tripping Subban? Cross checking Gionta in front of the net, amongst others to name a few aren't penalties? Oh you're right, they forgot the mandatory, "look at the ref and yell" A la Sid the Kid.
  24. Shows how much you know about the game. CBC is anti-Habs. CBC is a Toronto network. Their bias is clear.
  25. That's retarded. If it wasn't for goaltending this game would have finished a lot worse for the Habs. Goaltending has clearly kept them in it. If they'd play more open, they'd get killed on def. Keep calling it whining. I call it like i see it. It's obvious. Even !@#$ing Don Cherry says it. Imagine, the biggest Anti Hab on this planet.
