  1. The forehead slapping sort of gave it away.
  2. What exactly do you disagree with his statement?
  3. Snorting coke and adultery are not as bad as sleeping with a black dude. /media
  4. Though I do wonder where the rabbit will come out of from this supercommittee?
  5. "Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke reiterated the central bank's commitment to providing stimulus for the wobbly US economy but offered no specific promises or details about what action could be taken." It's a structural problem. There is plenty of liquidity in the economy.
  6. I read the book and it certainly was entertaining and gave a good inside on what was going on. Don't know how they could pack up that much into a 2 hour movie.
  7. Winning on so many levels. By the way, give Ashton a chance!
  8. But because you're the one replying to his post, you're the one with no life.
  9. Yes you really showed me
  10. Both. Was there any implication that I was asking you to choose?
  11. Harami you're not proving anything to anyone. No one gives a ****.
  12. They reopened the border and then reclosed it. Look at the link I posted.
  13. So the egyptians don't care about the palestinians either? Where is the justice?
  14. http://www.haaretz.com/news/international/gazans-storm-closed-border-crossing-with-egypt-witnesses-say-1.365874
  15. So it's not the institution that's a joke, it's the people who effectively control the institutions that are a joke? Isn't that the exact same !@#$ing thing? Doesn't that simply tell you that the UN is biased and most resolutions are effectively biased as a result making any resolution biased? You think I, or anyone else, takes seriously an institution that had Libya on their Human Rights council and considered Iran on the commission for Women's rights? Did we really not answer the questions or did you not accept them? It took you 5 pages to accept that 1967 was preemptive. Many people are grossly misinformed about Israel and its creation.
  16. I'll answer the first three with one answer, does anybody actually care about the UN? They allow for too many double standards to be taken seriously.
  17. The PA has worked in conjunction with the IDF for a while which is why the PA polices much of the West Bank. With respect to the WB having an airport, I don't know if they've even attempted to get one or not. Yes, the PA has allied themselves with terrorists. That should help their cause... Because daily rocket attacks forced Israel to put a blockade on Gaza from land sea and air. Only now, Rafa is open.
  18. And why do you think Gaza can't open an airport? Do you think, under the full cooperation of the PA, they wouldn't have been able to, or was it a result of an election where Militants were put into power and rockets launched daily into Israel from Gaza preventing it?
  19. Clearly all your sources and "hearsay" has to be validiated.
  20. Well then you have a completely different reasoning than your brothers in the middle east who want 1967 borders and east jerusalem. You cant expect equal rights until the violence ends. Given that I recently read an article where Hamas was not satisfied with what egypt is allowing to move in through rafa, maybe Israel is the least of your worries?
  21. Do you also want full coverage of Haiti, Egypt, and every other country directly or indirectly benefiting from American generosity? I have a feeling you'll have plenty of news to watch.
  22. I read haaretz and I find the relevant articles are posted on wsj, usually a day later. I don't understand what kind of reporting you're expecting in America of what goes on in Israel? How much news do you see about Canada, specifically related to domestic politics?
  23. Tom/gg, what do you guys think will be the result of the PAs bid for a state in September? I'm assuming it will be vetoed but will it actually change anything?
  24. I'm sorry man but you're completely way off. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baruch_Goldstein The gravesite has become a pilgrimage site for Jewish extremists; a plaque near the grave reads "To the holy Baruch Goldstein, who gave his life for the Jewish people, the Torah and the nation of Israel." At least 10,000 people have visited the grave since the massacre.[16] In 1996, members of the Labor Party called for the shrine-like landscaped prayer area near the grave to be removed, and Israeli security officials expressed concern that the grave would encourage extremists.[17] In 1999, following passage of a law designed to prohibit monuments to terrorists, and an associated Supreme Court ruling, the Israeli Army bulldozed the shrine and prayer area set up near Goldstein's grave.[18] So yes, they considered him a terrorist. Not only that, they actually removed any sort of "monument" as they didn't agree with the tactics.
  25. You're assuming I don't know who Baruch Goldstein was? Of course, look at how Israeli's respond to terror groups on their side. Goldstein was denounced "with shocked horror" by Orthodox Judaism,[4] and most in Israel denounced Goldstein as insane.[5] Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin condemned the attack, describing Goldstein as a "degenerate murderer", "a shame on Zionism and an embarrassment to Judaism".[6][7][8]
