The problem with Buffalo's offense is every pass is targeted between 1 and 3 yards behind the line of scrimmage. Brady has adjusted though, now they're throwing 3-to-5 yards behind.
Somehow McDermott managed to go off the board and find the penalty enforcement option that didn't result in a more difficult PAT, or better field position on the kickoff.
"I want to go off the board here Bill"
Now McDermott is trying to compute where to take the penalty in this totally unforeseeable situation. Elite game manager.
The good news is, for the Bills offense, it's still a 3 possession game.
This game is like watching 2 shopping cart collectors at Walmart racing those remote control motorized assist things across the parking lot to see who reaches the front bay first.
Things that make you go hmmm in a Bills game #17832728:
#28 who just got flagged for holding on a punt return, was just held by the Steelers on a punt return with no flag.
I remember Pittsburgh getting flagged one time. They picked it up (probably correctly).
At what point does Coach get asked if that's part of the process to be so undisciplined?
