Out of all the positions in the NFL Draft....the ones that scouts, GM's, etc miss the most on are QB's (Brady, Kurt Warner, Matt Hasselbeck just to name a quick few)...so why not???

When I think of "powerful" teams, it usually helps if that team at LEAST got to 1 of the championship games of that sport (Stanley Cup, Super Bowl, World Series etc)...so I guess your definition of powerful is much different
