This is an observation more then anything... Sabres record against ottawa? 1-4 and 4 convincing losses... Carolina? 0-3 if my memory stands corrected... Are the Sabres a good team? Yes...but you know back in the late 90's when the Sabres would be a 7 seed and we would beat a Ottawa team that was a 2 seed and we called them frauds despite their big record??? Well maybe the Sabres are that kind of team now....built for beating the likes of the Ruins, Pens etc...but not built to win in the playoffs.

Had a thought about Young: Would a guy like Young be productive playing in Buffalo in Dec or Jan with his throwing arm? Do any of you think that would be a hindrance to VY being great in Buffalo? I could be wrong...just a thought

Granted, we all know the Bills OL needs work and has been a huge focal point this offseason, as well as the DT position. But what about the Linebackers? Fletcher- He is not getting younger, still very good, but for how much longer? Spikes- Heart of a lion, but will reality overtake his heart and will he ever be the same? Achillies injuries are so hard to overcome Posey- Have never been a big fan, we need an upgrade here. I highly doubt that AJ Hawk would ever slip to #8 in the draft, but are there LB's that would be available in the 2nd or 3rd round that would be a big help? Discuss
