Good post....it's sad to hear that there were so many Buffalo fans acting that way down there though.... I must say....the fan behavior at the Ralph seems to get worse every year that I go up there..it is very embarassing..maybe Buffalo fans despise Philly fans so much because we see similar behavior from some of our own fanbase in Buffalo and it makes us VERY angry??? But most Buffalo fans are still well behaved though, but something needs to change...do you want to see Buffalo fans labled like Philly fans are?

Personally I think JD is one of the top analysts in the business...I do not understand what the issue is there.....Doc's voice can drive me crazy at times...but i like his style...and he truly loves the game....met him several times when interning with the NJ Devils 10 years ago and I must say he is one of the classiest people in the business.

I do not know about you or other Sabres fans...but I think Game 3 is a must win....especially now that the Canes are flying high.....Sabres need to get their confidence back and take the Canes in Game 3 to get the momentum back

And we will now find out a little more about the Sabres...first 2 series....Sabres had a 2 games to 0 lead...now it is 1-1...little more adversity...let's see how the Swords react. And I agree..losing Teppo is huge...but some of the other players here need to step up a bit

I'm afraid to say this (because sounding negative on a Sabres thread these days seems to be taken as you are not a real Sabres fan, which I think is silly) but I think the Sabres might have met their match in the Canes. They forecheck just as well as Buffalo...they are exceptional on faceoffs...they have better speed then Philly to go along with some size...they have players that have experience etc...the Canes can win on the road....and the Sabres are hurting on the blue line...oh yeah, they could have used some better #7 or #8 d guys to have available for the playoffs...but oh yeah, that was not important I doubted the Canes when the playoffs started...but it is looking more and more like they just might be the better team in this case. IMO it is going to be very very difficult to imagine seeing the Sabres win this series.

How much were Sabres playoff tickets (pricing wise)...i just found 4 tickets together for tonight..upper level (lower upper level) in back of the goal...$220 a piece plus a $14 service charge...I must admit that is pretty steep...but still no excuse as to why there are so many tickets available...and THEN to have a reporter take a stab at a franchise he obviously does not know that much about....pitiful

As for the comment about Toronto fans taking over the HSBC arena....that also shows how great Leafs fans are just as much if not more then it shows that the Sabres fans do not buy the tickets. I hate the Leafs and their fans...but nobody can deny they are tremendous fans when it comes to following the team and the passion they have for the Leafs. I guess this tool (Raleigh writer) was able to take off some time from the NASCAR race to write about the Hurricanes/Sabres game for 15 minutes? Wow, that's progress!! And didn't the Sabres sell out the Aud for almost 7 years in a row? I think the only year the Sabres really had attendence issues was the bankrupcy year, which had ALL to do with a crooked owner and NOT about the fan base.
