  1. I agree 100 percent. I know I say this a lot, but so many here love to piss on Eagles fans and the way they act at games (and rightfully so) but I am sorry to say if you really look at how Bills fans behave at games now a days, they are reaching that dubious level.
  2. Damn. Let's just hope he gets the help ne needs. No matter how much of an ass he makes himself to me, you never want to hear stories like this, if the reports are true.
  3. OMG OWENS WENT TO THE HOSPITAL?? CALL ESPN, BREAKING NEWS, INSTANT CLASSIC, CUT THROUGH EVERY SHOW, THE SKY IS FALLING!!
  4. I'm not sure what the best game show of all-time is...but I have a game show from the 80's that was underrated and I never, ever see it on re-runs: Sale Of The Century
  5. A QB like Drew Brees??? Just watching the game last night made me think of it...would a guy like Brees have made the Bills a playoff contender or would the Bills still have the same problems as they have now? Discuss.
  6. Could not have said it any better. Plus, I wonder if the arrival of Mark Simoneau played a role in last night's game plan, because when Simoneau was with the Eagles, generally they enjoyed a great deal of success against Vick. Emotion can be a big time factor in a lot of games. I beleive the key for New Orleans last night was right off the bat, the blocked punt, that got the crowed juiced, and I think it just gave the Saints everything they needed and the Falcons never recovered. If Atlanta scored first, the game would have been much much different. Kudos to the Saints and it was great to see part of New Orleans cheering last night after all that city has been through.
  7. Seahawks RB Shaun Alexander will miss at least a couple of weeks with a broken bone in his foot, coach Mike Holmgren said. Alexander has played in 99 consecutive regular-season games
  8. Well if you take out the 2 and reverse the 8 and 3 in 328, then we have the answer to how Holcumb-Arm's brilliant mind works!
  9. Um...Does Brady Quinn play defense? Did Tom Brady rip things up at Michigan? Did Jake Delhomme rip things up in college??? Quinn is learing a pro offense...the learning curve for a guy like that will be MUCH shorter then a guy like JP...Quinn has excellent pocket awarness and to me he shows me he can be a leader. As for JP, I understand he has only played 10 games....and I am 100% willing, as a fan, to be patient with JP and not make an instant conclusion on a player like SO many others here like to do...sometimes I believe some people on this board are more concerned with: 1. Being the 1st one to make an entire assessment on a player's future in 10 games or less. 2. Being the first to make a post and come up with an outrageous post that gets 100+ replys Everyone just exhale and relax. We all knew this would be a up and down year. Let's just see what JP can do for the next 13 games and then reassess.
  10. Link? Any proof of that?? I understand how you feel right now...I hate the trek home to Jersey after a tough loss and then go right back to work the next morning...how was the tailgate? Wish I could have been there to see all of you this year
  11. I can't wait to see the threads for the next 24 hours
  12. Yes, Willis misses his block....but JP HAS to figure a way to hold onto the ball on those situations.... I have zero expectations for this team, even before today, I had no dreams of the playoffs. But to lose to a team at home like the Jets, who are not really that good to begin with, is frustrating. So maybe now Holcomb's Arm can be satisified with JP's NUMBERS this week....I'm sure the Yards Per Attempt were well above JP's normal....so he can rejoice in that but the Bills LOST the game. STATS ARE FOR LOSERS is 100% correct.
  13. Looks like a girlfriend has been found for the new Sabres slug logo after all!
  14. When the heart speaks like now suddendly cocky and overconfident Big Blue fans...that means do not make a bet at all
  15. Here are three picks that I like this weekend: 1. Denver +7 at New England: Denver is due to play a better game soon, the defense should keep them in the game. I expect Plummer and the Broncos to find themselves a bit more on the offensive side of the ball this weekend. 2. Pittsburgh -2 vs Cincinnati- Do not get off the Steelers bandwagon so fast. The Steelers D should hold down the Bengals attack and the Bengals D is not even close to that of the Jags...expect Big Ben and Willie Parker to have nice games this weekend. 3. Chicago -3.5 at Minnesota- The Vikings to me seem like they got 2 wins with smoke and mirrors (Fake FG, should have lost At Wash). The Bears are for real, as long as Thomas Jones can rush for 75+ yards, and Grossman stays away from mistakes, the Bears will take care of business. College: 1. Wisconsin +13 at Michigan- Call this a letdown game for Big Blue after the massacre at South Bend. UM wins the game, but the Badgers are still a very solid team, I take the points here. 2. Kansas State +14 vs Louisville- Granted K State is not what they once were, but right now neither will Louisville. Without the services of dymamic RB Michael Bush and now QB Brian Brohm, the Cardinals losses will show more now that they are on the road. Kansas State will keep this one close.
