If the Bills had zero options at QB and could deal a 1st for Romo I would, but given his back issue and the fact that EJ will be the guy for 2014 I say no.
DEFINITELY not two 1sts
One thought: We have been reading articles of late on who will be the next Bills owner: And Kelly keeps surfacing as being involved...can this be taken that maybe the prognosis isn't as grim as was described in the Texans thread? If it was truly that bad, would Jim even be involved at all? Also going home to Buffalo for treatments might not be viewed as a bad thing, there is NO place like home.
1. Broncos- Regular season champs for sure
2. Colts - Luck takes the next step up
3. Patriots- Still a factor, but time is running out for Brady and Bill
4. Steelers- Will bounce back and win NFC North
5. Bengals- Dalton not progressing and losses hurt from FA
6. Bills- Big step up, easier schedule gets Bills to 10 wins
I agree.
And where is the novelty for the Toronto fan to see the Buffalo Bills play in a terrible NFL stadium when they can drive to Western New York and see the Bills play in a better atmosphere?
trying to stay as positive as possible here: perhaps the location of the cancer itself just makes it incredibly problematic to get via surgery, and perhaps going chemo and radiation would do a better job? I must say I'm a novice on this subject so I apologize if I don't sound that educated on this topic.
By the way, Cathal Kelly from the Toronto Sun is a certified, Grad A PUNK. He wrote something slamming the city of Buffalo and the Sabres earlier this year as well:

You want the Bills to keep up with the Joneses?
Prepare to pay MUCH more for, tickets, parking, PSL licenses and everything else. Are you fans prepared to do that? To spend 'whatever it takes' to keep Roger's new NFL in your town?
