  1. This thread title is misleading. Conspiracy theory? No. You want a conspiracy theory? Here is one I have: Roger Goodell, the Mara's and other billionare owners do NOT like the way Buffalo is operating. They crave a new stadium with tickets prices through the roof, more luxury boxes, and more revenue for other billionare owners. Roger Goodell does NOT want the fans out there to realize that Buffalo has a great NFL experience 'like the way it used to be' which in many respects IS reality. And Roger is watching Brandon Beane make smooth trades in his almost inevitable ascension to the top of the NFL Draft. Roger knows this. No way does he want other fans around the NFL who are playing dearly for NFL tickets to realize this. He does not want the Bills to ascend to the top UNLESS the Pegulas promise to build that new shiny stadium to line all of his billionare bosses' pockets. Roger Goodell ordered the Jets and Colts to make this deal to block Buffalo, and will also convince the Giants to take Josh Rosen or Sam Darnold to ensure that the Giants play on Sunday Night Football too many times as it is for years to come. And Buffalo will be left out of the QB sweepstakes. Keeping the Bills where the likes of Dan Patrick want them. In the middle of the pack so guys like DP can make their same old boring talking points of how great Brady is. Makes their job easier. Now THAT is a conspiracy theory and didn't need to make a new thread. There you go.
  2. Brady dosen't have the size? He sure does. And the Pats* are a tough example: Their system of play can work anywhere, mostly short and intermediate passes. Mobility? Sure I agree there in regards to Brady
  3. Josh Allen has the size, mobility and arm strength to be a QB in Buffalo. I am not familiar with how he is mentally or as a leader, that is the key. Sure, Allen would be a work in progress, but remember this is a PROCESS. It takes time. On the surface, I would like to see Josh Allen with Buffalo. I think the accuracy can improve over time. No matter who Beane selects, it is a roll of the dice, at pick #1, #2, #4, or even #12.
  4. You give up the 2019 1st round pick. My deal breaker? Nothing. This franchise has danced around the QB issue for FAR too long. Granted, if the Bills did move to 1 or 2 it does not guarantee the player we take is going to be a sure fire franchise QB. But enough is enough, it is time for the Bills to go all in and try. No time to be cheap folks.
  5. No way Cleveland moves out of 1. Browns need players, they already have a great draft board. At some point you need to take high end players in a draft and stop accumulating so many picks.
  6. My only real question is: Has a SaviorMcCarron name been created here yet?
  7. Cousins to Minnesota makes the most sense. I am SO glad that Buffalo did not make this mistake: Now stay away from Foles, sign Bradford and move up to #2 or #3 and get Darnold or Rosen.
  8. Tracking flight patterns. a Two Bills Drive tradition unlike any other
  9. Tyrod's record was over .500, he helps somewhat give some stability to a very unstable QB issue in Buffalo. I would say 'above average' success. C+ overall grade. I wish Tyrod well
  10. Notice how every move New England makes is good? Why is that folks? QUARTERBACK For those still hoping the Bills go on the retread or cheap for QB, take notice. Go ALL IN and get the top QB in this class and go for it.
  11. Russ Brandon being involved with BOTH Buffalo professional sports organizations at the high level he is is truly the 8th wonder of the sports world: He must have compromising information or photos of the Pegulas, the Wilsons, and Jerry Sullivan. The fact that there is a flat our refusal to admit he still meddles baffles me: Why on earth would either organization entrust THIS guy with day to day decisions? EVER?
  12. I do think there are drops of racism when it comes to African-American QB's in the NFL but it is not an epidemic like those who will cherry pick experts who say things that can be construed as 'racist' and run with it on Twitter, get thousands of retweets and replies, and spark rage that is truly exaggerated. Example of the cherry picking: Los Angles Angeles phenom prospect Shohei Ohtan, I have read two different comparisons to him, and to who? Yu Darvish Why can't Ohtan be compared to Kershaw? David Price? Are we seeing an influx of rage tweets from Asians going off about racism? Nope. The cherries for that incident, very similar to that of Lamar Jackson, are just not ripe enough to garner the RT's and likes and attention people so desperately crave on social media these days. People need to calm down a bit.
  13. We should have new hashtags on twobillsdrive #PleaseStop #HearMeOut #LookAtMe
  14. We are fans for many reasons: One of the top reasons is to see our team win. A 5-11 non-memorable season and say the 5th pick in the 2018 NFL Draft vs remembering exactly where I was and what I was doing at the time Dalton connected for that touchdown to end our 17 year playoff drought? At the Hyatt in San Diego at the bar in the lobby watching the end of that game with a Cleveland fan and two other football fans who 'swore off the Chargers for life' for leaving San Diego, and I remember dancing around the bar high fiving them all and we were all yelling and going crazy, even them who didn't like the Buffalo Bills got caught up in the euphoria. That moment is exactly why we are die hard Buffalo Bills fans: And showed just how special the Buffalo fan base truly is. Give me THAT memory, every day of the week.
  15. Sherman is a HOF CB, but at 30 years old and coming off an Achilles injury, no way I would want him with the Buffalo Bills. Plus I am not sure Sherman would fit into the Buffalo culture all that well.
  16. Really nice find and a good read...thanks for sharing this. Refreshing to read a real article instead of tweet after tweet of made up trade scnearios
  17. The process continues towards the ultimate goal: Which none of us will see but will happen.
  18. I think we really know the answer as to why it is the case.
  19. 'You can never have enough corners in the NFL' Richard Jauron was ahead of his time

  21. Like A-Rod once said: R-E-L-A-X It's March 7th. SO many variables can change between now and draft day. Just look at this time as pure speculation. As for me, I'm focused on the UFA period. Draft speculation IMO can ONLY REALLY start after the UFA period passes. It will provide more clarity on who needs a QB or not.
