Not a bad 'why the hell not' move for the Bills. Nicely done Beane. -
Kyle will always be a Bill through and through but Id love to see Kyle get a ring. Not a bad idea at all

Kyle Williams to a big contender. Calling it

Brandon Beane deserves to be fired tomorrow

Fair enough, we will see if the changes they made with the Beane and McDermott hiring prove that the Pegulas have learned from past mistakes. My general point is without ownership being strong at the top, sustained success will never be achieved, which is what we all want, regardless of GM, coach and even QB. I am not one ready to fire Beane and McD today like some. Beane thinks outside the box and I like that. Give him at least till 2020 and we will reassess at that time. -

This seems to happen every 1 1/2 years around here since the John Butler days: Let's fire the GM and coach, that will take care of everything. It won't. There are 4 levels to a strong organization: Ownership General Manager Coach Quarterback Go look at any organization that has success, and without the TOP one being strong, the other 3 will not fall into place. Bob Kraft might be a two faced cheater in many ways, but there is no denying he is a great owner. If you owner is below average, having 3 of the other 4 can create lots of success, as evidenced by the 90's Bills. But once one of those fall off, back to mediocrity you go, and that is exactly where Buffalo has been since then. Until the Pegulas understand what it truly means to own in the NFL, expect more of this. You want to blame Beane? Go ahead. Got a better replacement? Good luck. NOTHING changes until it changes at the top. PERIOD. -

Pats 73-3, New Era Field crumbles, we finally build a new stadium that is a dome so we can draft accurate passing QB's -
I really believe if the Bills have another offensive performance like GB or last week, Daboll will be fired by Wednesday.

Here is why I'm not panicking...

As far as the 2019 off-season goes, there are still 9 games left this year, and hopefully 7 of those are with Josh Allen under center. Trade deadline next week. Let's see if there is progress from Josh in the 2nd half. At that time I think we can all make a better assessment of how things will look into the 2019 off-season. -

Bronco's cut Chad Kelly

I almost hope the Bills sign him so some of this fan base can stop with this already and he fizzles out and we can all move on -
How and Why The Bills Could Win Monday Night

As I was the one who guaranteed a win at Minnesota, even I think the odds of this is slim or none -
The Road That Needs To Be Taken: New Stadium

Mara wasn't going to deal with the Bills. Yeah Saquon, but he has been vocal about the Bills and a stadium. I truly believe the league is dying for a Jets surge (hard to do I know but) they will try. -

Means we were blocked from getting that 3rd pick by the 'powers that be'. Build a stadium, and this nonsense will change for the better. -
The Road That Needs To Be Taken: New Stadium

We all sit here and wonder why can't the Bills get the QB issue resolved? Why can't this team be efficient on offense, especially the passing game? Why have the Bills not had 1 400 yard passing game since 2005? Look no further then New Era Field. Why is building a new stadium (with a retractable roof preferably) more successful then not and how would this directly impact the Buffalo? 1. Better experience for fans: If it is 15 degrees in December, it will be 72 inside 2. Better chance of bigger crowds for late games in the year even if team isn't meeting expectations Now for the real benefits: 3. Finally, this franchise can stop reaching for big arm QB's with questionable accuracy. The list , we all know them (EJ, JP, RJ Bledsoe, and now Allen). Can Josh Allen still succeed? Sure, he can too early to tell but the odds are not great. The Buffalo Bills can join the 21st century in the passing game. Short and medium passing with high accuracy is a good start to sustaining success as an offense. 4. Building this new stadium puts pressure on the ownership down to win: A team has to sell more expensive seats, suites, PSL's and the like. No more New Era with little debt. Put pressure on the wallet and magic can happen at One Bills Drive. 5. Good amount of examples of teams building a new stadium and turning around their fortunes: Seattle, Atlanta, Philadelphia to name a few. Even New England. This rule is not 100% guaranteed, but the rate of success is pretty solid. 6. Increases the changes of attracting, and also keeping, offensive talent in Buffalo: Better facilities creates a better vibe to say in Western NY over say Miami. 7. Roger Goddell might stop meddling: He wants the Bills to build a new stadium, is vocal. Mara from the Giants is, and is cranky about it. Jets come out of nowhere to swoop in and get the Colts #3 pick when I truly believe the Bills were eying Darnold? Hmmmmmm....Steers Vick away from the Bills?
