Man did the Bengals have some putrid drafts...but now it seems they have turned the corner. So cbssportsline grades the Bills draft a C? Well, I guess its a bust then!!!

And of course people will read it and interpet it like Gospel....well they said it, it has to be right!

1. Forget these "rumors" from these so called "experts"...so after all these reports that the Bills were close to sending TH everywhere, where is he after all this? STILL in Buffalo. Nice job experts, what a load of crap, I need to find a job like that. Sit around in an office and start a rumor or two and sell some papers, get people to sign up for E$PN In$ider, unreal! From now on when I read these "Rumors" Ill believe that as much as George Siefert being in Buffalo Airport means he is the next HC of the Bills! 2. Just because your team does not make any trades to move up or down, or take the players the media loves, it does not mean that your team did not have a good draft. Unfortnately we are in the "Madden Era" of trades, sure it looks good on Madden 2005, why cant it happen in real life?!? 3. I have not seen many of these players play in person. The Bills 2 Miami picks I did, and I like the picks, but I cannot understand, unless you have watched almost all the players, one can REALLY assess the draft just from reading countless articles online or hearing about other opinions. Im not making statement about players based on info fron some "expert" who is getting their info from other people. I said my peace. Bring on the season.

I dont understand why some here think TH is SO valuable...look at the way he sulked and played last year....think about his weaknesses we ALL talk about here all the time...bad against picking up the blitz...he sometimes goes invisible in games on the road....sure he ran for 1300, 1400 yards...but I just never have ever gotten that sense the TH was a upper echelon RB. Hes a very good back, but there are a lot more very good RB's then upper echelon ones. And he isnt a great receiving back either. At this point, if a 3rd rounder is what the Bills get then so be it. AT LEAST the player they will draft can produce for the Bills, think about what TH means to the Bills NOW....really not much. NE gave up a 2nd for Dillon last year, and Im sorry, I know TH is younger, but Dillon is better then TH, more dymanic, more explosive.

Now that the cap will be accelerating at a higher rate in the near future, this exactl statement can be modified as: I didn't want to trade Player X, I'd rather resign him. BUT if he is just going to be a FA after this season and we get compensated NOTHING, then it's time to get a fair return on our investment. It wcould be the Bills mission statement.

I think the 'curse' might be when the stadium was reduced from 80,000 to 72,000+ seats...

My question is this though: Who COULD the Chiefs cover last year??? They needed defensive help. Period. Regardless of what team would play them, their defense was eaten alive most of the time last year.
