I love how Sullivan praises Cottrell for getting the Vikings to turn it around and go through a 7-2 stretch to a near miss in the playoffs....first off, the Vikings did that against a VERY WEAK schedule, and let's remember, the Vikings were being boasted as a LEGITIMATE SUPER BOWL contender before the season, and they missed the playoffs. How is that a "success?" Please JS. Two years ago, the Bills went 9-7, a near miss for the playoffs, and went on a big run against a weak schedule, and yet Sullivan ripped that defense to shreads. Heck, he ripped the team in general. Why so much love fora DC who was fired twice in what, 4 years?!?!? Sullivan contradicts himself so many times it isn't even funny. He has zero credibility in my eyes. He is just one angry man.

Hate to say it, but when others look at their schedules and see the Buffalo Bills on there schedule, that is chalked up as an easy W now. After missing the playoffs for 6 years, I dont think saying we have an easy schedule or not carries any merit whatsoever.

Does anyone notice this??? I even fell victim to it today..... I said to myself aboutt 2 weeks ago, that Chicago will advance to the Super Bowl....but now after watching the Panthers whip the Giants today, now Im reconsidering my thoughts...why does this happen so much? And it seems usually the teams with the byes come out like a house on fire and win. So for all these Pats predictions right now, I say just remember who was the dominant team for the part of the year that mattered....if you dont think the Colts aren't going to come out of the gate like gangbusters next week if they get the Pats, you are fooling yourself. Home field, this team will be GEARED up to bring the title home for Dungy. Colts win next week if they get NE, bank on it!

If you want to live in New Jersey, I would suggest Central New Jersey (I live in Sayreville myself), Middlesex Country or Northern Monmouth County preferrably. Some good towns in the area: Sayreville East Brunswick (known for having a good school system) Woodbridge Edison And all of these towns offer very good options to commute to NYC by train or bus. We live in an apartment complex, and my wife's bus that goes to Wall Street comes right up our street, so she can walk out the door, walk for 2 minutes to the downtown NYC bus and she is there in no time. Plus living in Central NJ you are approx 45 min from NYC, 30-45 minutes from the beach, almost 45-1 hr from Morristown/Parsippany area, 45 minutes from the Princeton/Trenton area, and about 1hr 20 minutes from Philly, and have very good access to all major roads in New Jersey. So if for some reason you landed another job in the NYC or virtually anywhere in New Jersey, Central New Jersey is a good location commute wise. Houses, decent ones at least will set you back 350K+ MINIMUM Good 2 bedroom apartments will be 1200/month or more, depending on location. When Ralph first bought a team to Buffalo in 1960, he did want to being a team to Miami 1st didnt he???? Sure Ralph is a likeable guy, but I agree with what Alaska Darin is saying too, he has had plenty of faults along the way. You want the plain truth? Without Bill Polian and the 86-96 era, the Buffalo Bills would be viewed VERY much like the Lions and Cards.

Listen I love the Sabres and the Bills like you do....have you forgotten that there is only 1/2 of the season gone in the NHL? About 3 months ago, Darcy was called a bumb who had no clue, now he is hailed for what, not being aggressive in the FA market to get a blueliner and so far he has had some luck on the way? I wouldnt be one bit suprised if the Sabres tailed off a bit in the 2nd half. Give things time. If Marv is the GM, lets see what happens in the offseason. And just be a fan. Enjoy going to games, enjoy making friends here on TBD. To me thats more then 1/2 of the fun.
