You also raise valid points and then there is another question that rtconnor brought up and I think its valid: Who can the Bills bring in for 4M or less who can be a "1a" receiver for this team.....and if the receiver we bring in isnt that caliber...can Lee Evans take the reigns as a #1 receiver?

I agree with you about the sentiments...some guys have to go...but you keep referring to this 10.1 YPC as if it was ALL Moulds's doing and that is the only stat worth referecing to justify whether to keep Moulds or not...did we watch the same anemic OL and playcalling last year? Holcumb's lack of a strong arm had to attribute to that low number...now granted I do agree in part that 10.1 is somewhat alarming...but I would be willing to bet that number can get much closer to his career YPC of 13.5. If Moulds can get to 13.5 YPC to compliment the big play ability of Evans, Bills will be just fine.

Thanks for clearing that up...this I did not know...but honestly...why even open yourself to questions if you are a member of the Bush administration...especially after 9/11 AND especially since two of the ports in question are right around New York...make everything American...but I guess that thinking is thinking of the past. For PR reasons alone, this is a mistake IMO. And I am not a Bush basher by any means.

Good point. the real issue IMO is...why in God's name would the United States give ANY control to ANY other country to decide what comes in and out of our ports? We are the most powerful country in the World and we have to outsource this to another country???? That is an embarassment.

Its funny...but driving to work this morning I now finally heard about this Brees story and what is my first thought...when I get to work, I bet there is a thread already started with multiple replys about "Why not bring Brees to Buffalo?"...and poof, here it is!! In part I do agree with you. The Bills defense over the last 3 years has primarily produced against weaker offenses and come up short against the good ones. I cannot recall a game in the past 3 years where the Bills defense rose up against a Top 10 offense and stole a game for the Bills. Lets not lose sight how big the loss of Spikes was to this defense. Plus when you factor in the loss of Pat Williams...very few defenses could endure losing players like that and not have a significant dropff on overall performance.
