  1. Yeah I saw it firsthand. We not only bored our own fans, but we also bored their fans to death too. Sickening. But yet, we've got "attitude" now all of a sudden. Yeah Right!
  2. LOL, at 31, I pray I'll see just one also!
  3. Gimme a friggin break....... AGAIN..... Arizona, Miami, and the Jets. Where was the "attitude" in Baltimore?
  4. OK, so let me ask you this....... The defense again gave up a big play late in the game for a TD. And if the correct call was made on the Lee Evans catch (something all of you guys whine about every week), the Jets have the ball with plenty of time to score the winning TD late in the game. Seems like the refs MAYBE bailed us out of a situation that we all know we have screwed up more than one time this year. WE HAVE BEATEN BAD TEAMS AT HOME. Period. We'll see if there is progress or not this week. We don't even have to win the game, but just look competitive.
  5. Get real. We are not the better team. They have a better QB, RB and WR's to this point. They are beat up, but they have great depth. The ebbs and stuff are simple to explain. Look at who we have played and where. It's as simple as that. I agree, we have caught the Pats at the best possible time to play them, but they are still the better team. No question. We are 3-2 at home, against bad competition, and 0-3 on the road and have looked BRUTAL. WE ARE NOT THE BETTER TEAM. And our fans sound like idiots when they say we are.
  6. Yeah ICE, I did get it, and it was starting to make me puke. Jesus, I couldn't take it anymore. Ugh, we'll see this weekend I guess. I hope for a competitive showing, but I have ZERO confidence we'll get one!
  7. Hopefully. I'd like nothing better than to come home and try to get to .500 against SL. The place would be jumpin. I have also seen nothing to the contrary to think we are going to be any better on the road this week. I've been trying to convince myself, but I just can't yet.
  8. Read it again........ 14-35. Enough Said!
  9. And that's still not good. Give me a win that we aren't supposed to get, and I'll get excited and happy. We've friggin beaten Miami, the worst team in the league. Arizona, which is still a bottom feeder. And the NY Jets, who are a product BIG TIME of their schedule. The Jets probably won't even make the playoffs, and have beaten one team with a winning record. This board is sickening to watch. The Bills win a game or two, and the "I told you so crowd" comes out firing. Then we lose a game or two and the other "I told you so crowd" comes back with some fire. Bottom line is this....... We haven't beaten anyone. We beat the Jets at home. Big friggin deal. The combined record of the Jets opponents whom they defeated are 14-35. We'd be 6-2 also if we played those teams. Win a BIG game. Hell, win or even be competitive on the road, then we'll talk. But for now, we haven't done jack stevestojan. Willis did this, and Willis did that....ummm, yeah, look who the hell we played. He should have. And, at home, nonetheless. This week, we'll see if we have improved. Can we even resemble a football team on the road? Who knows. Am I impressed with what we have done the last 4 weeks? Not really. Hell, just three weeks ago, we looked like a high school football team in Baltimore. Then we played Arizona. Big Deal. Miami, Arizona, and the Jets folks. Do something against someone with a clue, then spout off. Until then, I'm skeptical. Go Bills, PLEASE play well on national TV this Sunday. Please!
  10. DAMMIT. I wish I would have seen this post. I went to Ball State in the MAC. I ALWAYS bet the MAC. It's the easiest conference to make a ton of money on. Tonight was a lock. I took Toledo in a parlay at plus 6.5 and the under. I also took them straight at plus 6.5. And I took them in a tease at plus 13.5 and the under while teasing that number up to 68. Made a cool $225. The MAC teams that are almost guaranteed locks to cover every week are Miami, Bowling Green, Northern, and Toledo. Marshall is a little bit down, so watch out for them. But the other four teams are locks when they play the MAC's bottom feeders. A tough bet will now be Bowling Green at Toledo for the MAC west Championship. SHould be a great game. Can't wait to see the line! Wish I coulda shared my insight earlier. I LOVE playing the MAC.
  11. From this week's The Sporting News..... 'One of the quietest free-agent hits of the offseason was the Bears signing of G Ruben Brown (Bills). The Bills let Brown go and he didn't have a long line of suitors. At one point in training camp, it appeared they might cut him. Bears coaches gave him extra work and made him prove himself. The result: Brown arguably has been the Bears' best offensive lineman.' Interesting. Way to go Rube. His little tirade got old, but it always seemed he was excited to play. Gotta respect the guys who want to prove everyone wrong. Looks like he had just enough pride left to do just that.
  12. Troy Vincent? CB or S?
  13. Get a picture of the 12th man up there. Some kind of pics of the stadium and the fans on a gameday!
  14. LMAO......easy there tough guy. I just asked the question, I didn't say I was digging a cave and stocking up on canned goods!
  15. Al Qaeda tape?
  16. Maybe we are gonna run the wishbone!
  17. LMAO...................Good one, I love it!
  18. Not 54 times they didn't. Then throw in the rest of some of the NL patsies from other divisions (I.E. Expos, Mets, etc), and you have a Cards team that was able to club their way to the WS. Perhaps, they didn't prepare by picking up a starter to counter the heavy hitters in the AL. While the RS played some easy teams, they didn't nearly play as many as the Cards. Not the Cards fault, they dominated, however, I don't think they saw the big picture. Of course, neither did the rest of the NL. I always thought they should've done everyting they could to get Randy Johnson.
  19. It might be BF. Difference is, the Red Sox don't play the Pirates, Brewers, and Reds 54 times a year. You had to know, that a good team would pound your pitching sooner or later. And while the Cards lineup is 2 times better, the RS pitchers are 10 fold better than SL. That seems like doom to me!
  20. LOL, I hear ya on the INDY thing. I went to Ball State BF. And in the early 90's it was great because the upper deck was filled with Bills fans. The place was louder when the Colts had the ball then when the Bills had it. The tailgating in Indy would make one puke. Horrible NFL City! And such a fun team to watch, it's a shame!
  21. I hear ya on Milwaukee. LOL, I went to see the Cubs afternoon game agaisnt SL some years ago. I went to college in Indiana. Then we trecked up to a Brewers game for the Pirates (I like them) and the Brewers. Two games, one day. The Cubs game was really cool. Jacked up. When we got to MIL, I thought it was gonna suck big time, and inside it did. But outside, they were tailagating like it was a football game. I thought it was hilarious. I didn't know about tailgaiting in WISC until I worked for FOX. Then I understood that Brewers thing a little better!
