    I recently compared DirecTV and TW - pricing was about the same. Be careful with the prices that DirecTV quotes. After the promotional period ends they increase significantly. That said - DirecTV did offer a few more channels and from my understanding the picture quality is significantly better.

    The Madden frnachise is terrible. It would have been beaten by the Sega 2k Sports brand, which had better graphics, animation, and playability. EA bought the exlusive rights from the NFL / NFLPA and eliminated a smaller but better competitor.

    I really hope that NBC picks it up for a 3rd season. It is such a great show. Probably the best mix of comedy and drama on TV right now.

    You are absolutely right. Instead we get to hear what a genius Mike Tannenbaum is. The same guy that fired Mangini a year after making the playoffs and traded for Favre.

    950 WROC. (They play Schopp and the Bulldog for the drive home) We can get 550 out of Buffalo in the morning, which is where you can catch Howard Simon (good) and Jeremy White (not so good). I am also a huge fan of Steve Czaban on Fox Sports (1280 AM)

    I have heard Modrak say that Chris Ellis really needs to step his game up this year. I believe that some questioned his work ethic coming into the draft.
