I have to disagree. Like I said in an earlier post, just because an offense is complex does not mean that it is great or even good. Think about the Patriots. Everytime they run a screen pass to Faulk or a quick slant to Welker the defense knows that it is coming, hell, we all know that it is coming. The Patriots are just so good at exectuing the same plays over and over and adjusting when necessary. Unless there is a major disruption in the backfield (New York Giants Super Bowl) they cannot be stopped.

Turk is a Dick. There is a reason why Mike Martz is out of work. Ever watch New England or Indy's offense. There is nothing complex about them. They just execute very well. Even when the defense knows what is coming they still execute the plays. That is what makes a great offense. Turk was more concerned with showing everyone how smart that he was.

Ths Eagles gave Peters six-year contract for $60MM. Walker was making $5MM per season. They should have dumped Walker and re-signed Peters.

Jim Kelly always used to say that AVP was going to make a hell of a coach someday. We'll have to see. The bad news is that he was Trent's QB coach and Trent has sucked as a QB this preseason.

The only way Trent gets TO the ball is if he lines up at running back and takes a dump off.

dude you must not be listening to Trent - The Steelers and the Packers are great football teams with great defenses. They are taking Lee away. In the meantime, all the offense can do is try and get the ball to the RBs and Josh Reed and go three and out until the defense decides to stop them from going three and out. Guys - let's not forget who we have on our team. If the OC is not calling the plays and not allowing TE to look downfield TO will be tweeting about it at halftime of the New England game. I was never a huge fan of TOs but he has exactly what this team needs - a pair of balls.

If this is in fact true can anyone blame him? 9 years and never even sniffing the playoffs. Is it worth getting your ass kicked week in and week out to play for a losing team with no signs of getting better?
