I know that he is a punching bag around here but I really think that Whitner is going to have a huge year for us. He was made to play in this type of defense.

Great job as always Mike and I have a question for you. Being that you have been doing this for awhile and that the Bills have changed systems so often, in your experience, is the defense always ahead of the offense for the first one or two weeks of practice? Thanks and keep them coming.

After reading the article on BB.com today, which pulled together some older quotes I came to this conclusion. If Aaron Schobel has to choose between playing another season in Buffalo or not playing at all he would choose the latter. (Be it for family reasons, sick of losing / rebuilding every year). My guess is that if he were playing for the Texans or the Cowboys he wouldn't even contemplate retiring. He has made it clear that he doesn't want to be here any longer and I really can't blame him - do him and the Bills a favor and try and trade him for a let round draft pick and be done with it already.
