This offseason has been terrible, you waste sizeable cap space on a guy you know is going to be suspended for cheating using PED'S. Unless your signing him on league Min, then you stay away. Beane gives him huge money for his production. He overpays on WR that had less then 40 catches and is maybe a 3rd or 4th receiver and now has 2 signings that are suspended for PED'S The Bills come off as a joke and desperate, you don't sign cheaters
