  1. i appreciate what McDermott did to stabilize this team and bring it from terrible to pretty/very good but it has been clear since 13 seconds he is not the guy to take us from pretty/very good to World Champions
  2. it looks more and more that the execution is Josh thinking too much about what he has been 'coached' and not just playing football
  3. lol Super bowl aspirations -come on - we should have put up a 30 burger on these guys. we were constantly shooting ourselves in the foot. in a perfect world yes- but we were not showing we could execute a simple handoff without dropping the ball several times- go into halftime and regroup the guy gets conservative when he should be aggressive and a when he should be c. he should try the George Costanza technique and do the opposite of whatever he thinks is the correct decision.
  4. not with this dysfunctional offense as can be seen by the results- i'll pat myself on the back and say i called that this will bite us and it did. agreed -the D was set up to take away the passing and spy Josh-the run was open we don't know how much was Josh but when we went 5 wide it was pretty obviously a pass call from Daboll oops whatever the current OC about to be fired name is
  5. This as well. McD is a great motivator but not a great tactician, decision maker or strategist. We are a terrible end of game defense -5 years running
  6. This drove me nuts at the end of both halves. we gave them a FG at the end of the first and were totally unprepared at the end of the game. just terrible clock managmenet
  7. That place was great- different vibe than Dililahs. Both great in their own way. RiP
  8. This board will explode if we don't play the Chiefs at home next year.
  9. at this point I'm leaning towards firing McDermott and the staff at the end of this season. i get the injuries on defense but they held Cincinnati to 24( only 3 in the second half) but- this offense is in a funk and some of this is from the HC's philosophy. gut the team of old washed up players-take a gap year and then be ready to go in year 2025
  10. 1. James 2. Odomes- personal favorite 3. Winfield 4. White don't remember Byrd or Booker E- i was toddler
  11. I get that but I'd be fine going into JAX in the AFC playoffs we would be motivated
  12. Wait- I thought it was his spleen Beat me to it
  13. no way the Bears give up J Johnson- they are devoid of talent and he is one guy on their roster that can actually play NFL level football
  14. both our lines were spanked by the Pats* lines. everything else is play to play specifics but we are at 3 games in a row where our lines on both sides of the ball had their lunch money taken until that is corrected it will be difficult to win-let alone dominate
  15. management understands the regular season is our 'preseason' if we need to sit some vets against lower tier teams and tough out a few wins it is worth it vs burning everyone out for 4 months and not be as healthy as possible in Jan/Feb. I doubt we see Von for more than 10-15 plays/game until late November/December and any minor injury might get someone sat to not aggravate it- see Rousseau last week and big Ed this weekend. give the taxi squad some reps and keep everyone healthy like LeBron or Giannis sitting away against the Pelicans or some other crap team.
  16. these are the ones. i love the shoulder stripes and the helmet. i wish they would alter the pants to match the helmet stripe: a simple red or blue strripe. i think the socks match those shoulder stripes as well normally.
  17. i noticed him getting ruined and the hole opened where he should have been on one play- didn't notice him after that. i will watch him next week more closely because i expected a lot out of him if needed and so far zilchj has occured.
  18. Went into the game overconfident that we would not play down to the Jags level a third time in a row. I was wrong and it hurt. Burn it
  19. I like watching other crap teams play Thursday night, mostly in the background. I hate it when the Bills are on Thursday, even Thanksgiving.
  20. My thoughts are Floyd is playing 75% of this game and is still a starter where as AJ and Shaq are carrying bigger loads than normal .
  21. AJE/Shaq: if they can split the Groot load without forcing Miller to do too much in his first game back we will have a good day. not much scares me about the Jags offense except Etienne getting loose. our pass rush should cause the hippy to cr@p himself.
  22. Bills 34 Jags 16 And it is only that close because the starters on both sides sit in Q4
  23. offensive line definitely but we have played the Jets, Washington and Miami which are all above average when not playing us
