Curious if we have any news of Josh attending the ceremony tomorrow given he usually skips these events.

Also there is a scenario where Lamar votes go to Saquon. So technically Allen may not gain votes here. But Lamar may lose some of his. Of course everyone had talked about the potential of some of them flipping. There are paths to victory here but rather be Lamar obviously.

Don’t know how many noticed this: Out of the 50 ballots, Allen was on 42 of them. Lamar was on 49 of them. Cannot lose out on both fronts. Even if Lamar gets more first place votes, Allen has to be second place on the remaining ballots to make up the difference. Third -fifth places votes won’t help much.

The funny thing is that these same voters have several of Lamar teammates for All Pro while they only have Josh from the Bills.

For All pro, Allen only got 18 first place votes while Lamar got 30. That finishes it.

All three of them picked Lamar as their MVP. One of them was apparently a little influenced by Week 18 which makes no sense whatsoever. There is literally no context to these stats discussions. Team wins has completely disappeared from the conversation this year. Wonder why. Dan Orlovsky said something along the lines of "if we want the MVP to just be about stats, let the computer decide". Also wanted to share Michael Irvin going with Josh Allen and questioning why last year stats were good to win MVP but not this year.

This was voted by the players. Not surprising. I think the official one comes out on Friday.

The crazy thing with this: I went and looked at their 2023 All pro teams. Josh was their highest graded QB last year but still had Lamar as the first team QB. This year the grade becomes a important thing.

The All Pro ballots are due today and the results should be announced sometime this week. Believe it is voted by the same 50 that vote for MVP. So, it should technically give us an indication of whether Allen is going to win it especially if he gets a lot more first place votes. At the very least, gives us an idea about the voters choice.
