Just need to look at everybody's gold standard - Patrick Mahomes - in 2023 and 2024. This is kind of how he looked. He looked awful at times. Probably not a big secret why. The defense carried that Chiefs time for those seasons. For the Bills to win, Josh Allen has to be playing at an MVP level. Fair or not, that's the reality in Buffalo. He has not played to that level this year. Will he down the stretch? Who knows.

That's the problem , really. Who is going to figure out the reasons? Maybe Josh Allen needs a bit of guidance. Who will give him that?

That was my impression but I thought maybe I was mistaken and giving him too much credit. The year AJ Brown has had, especially, is boggling my mind. That is a guy who should be seeing lots of targets.

Not in a vacuum. He has old man Rodgers throwing him the ball, though. How would you assess the worth of what Palmer, Knox and Bernard have brought to the team this year?

Given what choice, exactly? If it was a choice between Metcalf or Bernard, Palmer and Knox on the team for roughly the same money, I would rather have Metcalf. Shakir has been a disappointment.

My biggest problem with Diggs was his disappearing act when the playoffs rolled around. If he performed better in the playoffs, I think he would have been a lot easier to tolerate for fans of the team. Coleman is quickly working himself off the team the way he is conducting himself on the field. That touchdown notwithstanding, he was pretty horrible again against Miami.

Maybe that is true but I am not sure that Brady is much more than he is showing to be honest. In Carolina, there was nothing that stood out as being innovative. Wouldn't Brady want to show his stuff, since he wants to be a head coach himself? Daboll fought with McDermott but, in the end, he called what he wanted and ended up with a head coaching position. Should have brought back Wade Phillips. 🤔

Pegula would have to fire McDermott. My preference would be for both McDermott and Beane to go.

So?? Pat Surtain gets beat for touchdowns, ss does Sauce Gardner. Jalen Ramsay gave up plenty of touchdowns in his career. That stuff will happen from time to time. He got an interception and played pretty well overall. Even in getting beaten for a td, he has shown more promise and hope in a few games than pretty much every other corner on the team, maybe even Benford included.
