I know that most of us want an upgrade on Brady but I don't see Daboll as being that guy.

I am guessing their fanbases are not as critical of their play as some Bills fans are of Josh's play but I don't follow their fans so I could be wrong on that. I dont think anyone is giving Josh a complete pass. I think the crux of the matter is that it is past time to do something about it other than hope he plays better. We know what he is capable of. Is the offensive struggle this year more because of him or the scheme or his supporting cast? He is a proven commodity, but Brady is not and the receiving group have proven to be below average. So, of course Josh could play better but that almost doesn't matter inthe grand scheme of things. The whole offensive philosophy needs to change, scheme and talent. Unless the Bills can field a defense like the Texans or Eagles, the team should build around making Allen look electric. That's my view anyway. I think the Ravens should probably look at a change of coaches. KC? They have a long leash because of their unmatched success over the past half decade or more. Personally, I dont think Mahomes is a main problem in KC. Their weapons (and oline) have let them down, similarly to Allen's.

Maybe less pizza and bowling nights out. Maybe being friends with everyone on the team is overrated. I am not in the locker room, but my general feeling is there is no player who really holds other players accountable. Maybe that is not Allen's nature but maybe that needs to change. I would say the team may need a few Richie Incognito types around. This feel good vibe certainly doesnt look like it is working. Dawkins doesn't even seem upset at the losses. Odd stuff.

We are going to be having the exact same conversations this time next year when McDermott and Beane are still around. Rinse, cycle, repeat. I think Beane makes a splash in the off-season to try to save face and it ends up being a mistake. The team needs a different set of eyes and ears. And a lot of good fortune.

He likely would have won in Philly with Mahomes or Allen or any number of quarterbacks better than McNabb.

Only difference is that the Eagles sign blue chip talent, not Bernard types.

The Bills had some terrific receivers during the drought years but had no QB. It is the opposite now.
