  1. Mainly because you generally need to make some big plays to win in the playoffs, and because they could run a power running, ball control offense with almost any quarterback. Seems a waste to have a generational quarterback and not feature thenoffense around him. Having a running game is great but it is not enough in the playoffs. You still need to threaten with an offensive passing game, including chunk plays. That is, unless you can just dominate the opponent with a dominating defense.
  2. If the Patriots win out or even go 13 and 4, I think there is a good chance Maye wins MVP. Not saying it is right or wrong but I think the quick turnaround to a division title and probable number one seed in the conference will sway the voters.
  3. Certainly not a pretty swan song for him since leaving Green Bay.
  4. How about that fourth down run that was stuffed in the fourth quarter? Old man Rodgers and his reaction to it were hilarious lol
  5. He did what needed to be done. Two backups at the tackle position, no real viable receivers and a gameplan of churning out first downs and keeping Watt and company from pinning their ears back and feasting. He ran for nice yardage in key moments, threw a touchdown on fourth down that looked like a broken play, ran into a pile before being bulldozed into the end zone by his teammates. Weather wasn't exactly ideal for an air attack today. He deserves a game ball. Not sure what two bills drive thought of his interception but my view on that was that it looked like Gabe's fault. Even so, it wasn't an unforgivable mistake. Cook fumbled but more than made up for it. That throw to Cook that James took down to the fove yard line was a fantastic throw throw and a fantastic run after the catch by Cook. One of the best plays of the day.
  6. Seems the Steelers came into the game thinking they could bully the Bills and didn't know quite what to do when the Bills pushed back.
  7. So, he even says there that Josh said he had to do something to get Hayward off of him. What am I missing here? Why would Josh Allen need to do that? Why wouldn't Hayward get off of Allen? You are telling me something that minor, for a guy who has played for ages in the NFL, set him off? Whining about the NFL not protecting him?? Something doesnt add up here. He must have a predisposed jealousy and/or hatred of Allen.
  8. Gave me flashbacks of the team running all over Dallas a few years back. Just ran all over the Steelers. It certainly helped today that the Steelers are a pretty trash team haha. Win ugly, win pretty, doesn't matter, just find a way. On to the Bengals. Hopefully Josh Allen can find some plays against that porous defense.
  9. Rice giveth and he taketh away.
  10. I would say he is the best WR this season. He needs more seasons like this to truly establish himself as the elite of the elite, but he definitely has the talent.
  11. Rice and Pickens pretty much controlling this game in the 4th quarter.
  12. There's that malcontent Pickens making another outstanding play.
  13. Rice is a baller. That pass wouldn't be caught by Worthy.
  14. A little confused on that third down play. Were the Chiefs looking for a roughing penalty? Roughing the QB? Mahomes wasn't even close to the sideline when he got shoved.
