The Bills need to win the division for him to have a chance, I think. To win the division, that would mean he played very well along the way, I would think. Maye is in the conversation because he has played well and his team has an 11-2 record. Without winning the division, Maye is out of the race. The Pats are still in the driver's seat for the division as it stands now though. I could see Stafford losing out if the Rams don't win their division. May well come down to QB on the team with the best record.

Let him play out this year and next. If he can show more consistency with production and health, pick up the option for 27. I don't believe the team should be in any rush to pick up the option right now. Kincaid is still largely unproven.

Seems about right to me. Especially with the conditions today, an onside recovery maybe would have a slightly higher chance , just with the ball slipping through hands and/or taking a weird bounce in the snow.
