Dan Reeves went on to win Coach of the Year with the Giants, faced Elway and Shanahan in a Super Bowl as the head coach of the Atlanta Falcons. And, finally he drafted Michael Vick.
Reeves didn't draft John Elway, they traded for him and former Broncos owner handled the trade. Reeves drafted Gary Kubiak and later Tommy Maddox (who eventually won Comeback Player of the Year).
It was a bold move making Khalil Shakir the main focus of the offense, but they'll be even better next season. Buffalo is only getting better. Josh Allen is only getting better, he's in MVP territory already.
