Allen already has more playoff passing touchdowns than rivers had in his entire career. I understand you mean he's better because you said " rich man's version" Allen is more in Marino or Kelly territory already based on the eye test, numbers and playoff numbers Allen is second all time in tds in NFL history for a QB in his first ten playoff games.

Always respected Tyrod Had to be difficult for him losing his job in Buffalo after making the playoffs but we had to get better at QB. The 10-3 loss in the playoffs was kinda it for him. Tremendous leader and very tough QB. Hopefully everything is okay for him. I hope he leaves the toxic jets

It's because Allen is getting the ball out quicker imo and playing more efficiently within structure and within the pocket. I think Allen hanging out with Tom Brady probably helped a bit in the off-season The Allen game against Seattle on the road looked like a classic 2011 Patriots game

It's not possible to avoid long term injuries in football. ( Regardless of whether that statement is even true about concussios) Violence is built into the sport of football. At a certain point it no longer is football.... I understand generally speaking your point. IMHO it's getting to a level that is ridiculous. We can debate what that is but that's how I see it. Cook is faster. Just saying Davis has borderline breakaway speed and can absolutely outrun linebackers and safeties. He ran like 4.50 flat and has real outside speed unlike Singletary. I like singletary but he was very limited after 10-15 yds Davis has a legitimate second gear
