  1. They have a super bowl team and QB. McDermott has 4 weeks to come up with a real game plan on defense for the playoffs. You're 100, million percent correct. It absolutely cannot stay the same. Full stop. I'm not saying change everything, but he needs to do something different. No more excuses. Hold teams to 24 points in the playoffs is all I'm asking because it will be enough. McDermott has to step up in the playoffs.
  2. This stuff is so reminiscent of shottenheimer and Dan Reeves. I absolutely hate admitting that
  3. That defensive performance better not happen in the playoffs. I'm not saying they have to be great. But that was absolutely horrible. That's all I'm going to say.
  4. I'm extremely confident going into the playoffs if we are fully healthy or as close to it as possible I don't think another team will repeat that against our defense.
  5. Sean McDermott is the head coach.... I'm not going to overreact and I don't see this happening in the playoffs but it was pretty atrocious on defense at every level including scheme. I want McDermott here for a long time but he can't keep losing these classic Allen games. You can't lose games like this when your QB is transcendent
  6. And he had 50 yards at halftime tied 10-10. Nobody cares about RPO running or a defense that won the game lol Lamar has a career playoff passer rating of 75, 6 passing tds and 6 int in 6 playoff games. It's hideous.... I have zero fear of Lamar dude.
  7. No he didn't lol. He was tied at halftime and threw for 50 yards at halftime. It's was terrible....He then ran his way to a win with the defense.
  8. I just saw Milano make two huge stops. Relax lol
  9. Go look up Lamars playoff numbers
  10. The ravens simply do not have the QB who can pass the ball consistently at an extremely high level in high volume, 3x to even get to the super bowl. He's literally never demonstrated it in the playoffs entering year 7. I have Baltimore losing in the wildcard or boat raced in the div rd by a team with a better qb
  11. I'm of the opinion that even if Tom Brady or Joe Montana is your QB you should always be drafting and developing a QB every other year. If you have a good backup. Still draft a QB every other year to develop the 3rd string QB. It's the most important position in sports and that's just what I believe. It has nothing to do with Allen and more so I want to have the best QB room in the NFL. Full stop. Now obviously I'm not talking about the first Rd or even second Rd right now but you understand what I'm saying. Obviously when Allen is 33-35 and an excellent QB prospect slips similar to a drew breed or Aaron Rodgers, yes I'm taking that QB. Even if he has to sit for a few years similar to Rodgers or Love. The Packers recently and the 49ers with Montana and young are the models The pats had the perfect succession plan with garappolo but Brady went to Kraft Right now I like trubisky and white as the backups. You can do worse than tribs, but if a really good QB fell to the second Rd , 3rd round I would think about it. If I'm not mistaken the pats drafted Ryan mallet in rd 3 when Brady was like 32 I think
  12. One mistake this year from Beane is definitely the fa class. Obviously it's taken with a grain of salt because the dead cap issues with diggs but still. It's also from a positive lense means this rookie class looks very promising Smoot has been really good tho which is nice
  13. Possibly just cross training in case of an emergency
