The total turnovers thing only started to enter the sports consciousness because Nick wright kept repeating it over and over again a few years ago because of the the troll anti-Allen agenda. He would use total fumbles too and not fumbles lost. This created the perception that Allen was turning the ball over like crazy. 18 ints is too much but the fumbles are somewhat misleading because obviously Allen scrambles more. Allen and Brees have the same career int% at 2.3 Tom Brady and Allen have the same amount of ints in their first 6 years starting. It's a fake narrative Another common legacy media talking point that is misleading is " Allen leads the NFL in turnovers since 2018". But when you account for games played, pass attempts and run attempts, Allen's total turnover rate % is not even top ten in the NFL compared to his counterparts since then. Now that Allen has had an all time great season at limiting turnovers, now the narrative has disappeared and the only thing is he shouldn't win MVP because of stats, even though Allen was blowing teams out and the offense was playing ball control in the second half. Nick the troll wright even said Darnold is actually MVP if he wins against the lions and Allen " shouldn't even make the pro bowl" Lmfao 😂

Terrel Bernard in question for the start of the Playoffs ???
Kelly to Allen replied to SCBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
Looks minor like a bad bruise/ contusion. I saw the post game pics and there was no ice or wrap on the leg. He was joking around with his teammates. Looks like an excuse for rest/ precautionary and to get our two rookies some reps. I'm excited to see Ulofoshio, he was a great athlete at Washington. I'm going to buffalo wild wings to go watch our backups destroy the Patriots. -
Tom Brady total turnovers in his first 6 years starting 95 Tom Brady ints first 6 years starting 78 Josh Allen total turnovers in his first 6 years starting 102 Josh Allen ints first 6 years starting 78 Josh Allen has the third LEAST amount of turnovers in his first ten playoff games. Only mahomes and Brady have been better Josh Allen has the lowest int% in NFL playoff history. Its 1st or 2nd lowest. I can't remember Josh Allen in 2024:was 3 games away for most consecutive games without an int... Josh Allen in 2024 had the lowest negative plays ever for a QB with 450 pass attempts Ints, fumbles and sacks Can we please for the love of all that is Holy stop this fake narrative that is actually the opposite. Please 🙏 I'm begging someone in the media to post this. It's making me go crazy lol

It's already over man. It's -420. Broussaard already said he's going to win it Kurt Warner won MVP with more ints Kurt Warner won MVP with more turnovers No Josh Allen didn't lead the NFL in turnovers
-
The bills could have an all time defense. It could still be a let down vs mahomes. The defense is more than good enough. But it's a moot point because Allen and the offense is about to have a historic run in the playoffs

It's truly remarkable. All we need is a couple rings and he's probably going to enter goat status It's crazy we haven't won a super bowl yet. But mahomes is also an all time all time great

He's this eras Elway

No QB has ever won a 3rd MVP until winning a championship. I misspoke and thought it was 2. But yeah, not even Peyton Manning won a 3rd MVP until winning a super bowl Add in Henry who is a future first ballot Hof RB running for almost 2000 yds, and Lamar having 2 more losses. It's completely absurd to not give the award to Allen. Allen lost diggs and has more wins Lamar added Henry ( the Eric Dickerson of this era) and lost more.... It's over. Allen should get almost every vote. Chris broussaard actually said Allen is going to win it, and he gave the best methodology and reasoning for why imo yesterday.

This is really exciting and I'm happy for his teammates too. When does the pro bowl roster get announced? I have Allen Cook Dawkins Brown Rousseau Bernard Benford Martin All making the pro bowl

He literally is almost identical. Reed is 2 inches taller, that's about it Both were mid Rd picks Both were from smaller schools ( Reed obviously much smaller) Both live over the middle Both have unique feel for zones and covg over the middle Both have unique acceleration and yac ability Both have excellent hands and toughness They even look similar in how they play from from a stylistic standpoint.

Spencer Brown might be the best ot in the NFL. He is truly a force and needs to be all pro. He reminds me of Jimbo covert
-
He's 100% roty Has unique poise in the pocket for a rookie. He's going to be better than hurts imo

Up to -420 on FanDuel now. It's over Congratulations Josh Allen on your first MVP with many more to come. Very deserved and with his top 5 finishes in the MVP race in 3 of the past 4 years, this MVP will make Allen and automatic first ballot Hof resume. If Allen wins the Superbowl this year after beating mahomes in the playoffs and obviously has MVP, it will go down as one of the best seasons ever from a QB and put Allen in top ten all time QBs to ever play

Von Miller proves the doubters wrong
Kelly to Allen replied to transplantbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
He got hurt. He was in the running for dpoy in 22 before getting hurt. His pass rushing metrics and eye test say he's very close to fully back. Obviously at 35 he's pacing himself and it's undeniable that he has flashed prime Von in spots this year. His sack vs the jets is prime Von. He will be sitting vs the pats and be ready for the playoffs If Von Miller helps buffalo wins the Superbowl he's going to go down as the greatest pass rusher of all time -
Broussaard pretty much said Allen is going to win it. In other words, ( I know many of the voters and it's over,it's Allen's turn). So while I'm still concerned, he obviously wouldn't of said that if he didn't already know what the voters were thinking Here's what I'll say. Can we please get a specific methodology or criteria, maybe statistical thresholds or something for these accolades? We need objective criteria to follow, otherwise it's just being a fan and narrative for whatever agenda I mean all of this is just subjective, the precedent is constantly reset, there's no real rules. I really think we need to reevaluate how we pick the pro bowl, all pro, MVP, etc This devolved into a " I'm louder so I win ***** show" and it's just not comprehensive for deciding legacies of the sport
