What is the criteria? Why did the criteria change year to year? Why was precedent broken? Why was real precedent broken back to back years? Why wasn't the exact precedent not broken for previous QBs? No QB has ever won a 3rd MVP before winning a super bowl in NFL history. They need to first answer that question Secondly, they also need to explain why so many other all time great QBs who even won a super bowl like a drew Brees didn't get MVP and why we didn't give the 3rd MVP to other QBs before they won a championship which would be a continuation of breaking real precedent back to back years.
