I would think he stays in Buffalo. Josh and Dorsey have a great relationship, Josh said in his end of year presser he would want Dorsey is Daboll left. Plus Dorsey knows what he has and what they can and can't do. He also knows what is needed. Designing the playbook will be that much easier when you know the players as well as he does.

There is something about this team that has me thinking about the right before the super bowl runs. In 1988 the team goes to Cincinnati and get beat in the AFC championship game. In 1989 they lost a heartbreak in Cleveland on a missed catch by Ronnie Harmon that hit him in the numbers and he blamed the throw. What happened next was 1990, team tore up the league, got the first round bye and went to their first super bowl. This loss sucks, we should have won. This team will get better in the offseason. The core is not going anywhere and this left a bad taste in everyone's mouth. It will be the fuel for greatness. We are witnessing the next golden era of Bill's Football. For now, just enjoy having your Sunday back and remember, prior to the past 4 years, our season was over two weeks ago and nobody was talk about how good this team is.

Then they are fools. Losing the super bowl is the hardest loss in all pro sports. What those teams did will never be repeated. Besides, they will always be beloved to us.

I said this game was cathartic. It doesn't erase smackdowns of the past decade, but it released us from their hold. We now can continue our revenge tour, and lord willing a win in KC and a win in Tenn will appease the football gods. And then a win in the super bowl will allow many sepginarions the ability to pass in peace.

Awesome job as usual Virgil. I remember Bill from NYC doing these during the drought and it was must read for cathartic reasons. You are must read on the same level and it is greatly appreciated. The thing about Allen and the McD Bills is the return of swagger. During this game I wasn't positive they would ultimately win, but I was fairly confident they wouldn't grab defeat from the hands of victory. If this had been any one of our unmemorable QB's from the past 18 years, on the final 4th quarter drive, they would have gotten to the 20 of the Patsy, QB would throw a pick, and the Patsys would run it back for the winning TD. Here is to the here and now, Go Bills!

Allen played his college ball in Wyoming, he is used to it, plus he had had 3 years to learn the wind at Bills Stadium. Maybe he will imitate Kelly Vs the Eagles in 1990 where he had better accuracy throwing against the wind.

Marv used to rest starters last game of year for 3 of the 4 runs. I do think if you have a veteran team it can help, but if the team is young it can get them out of rhythm.

At this point I will not be happy unless the Bills reach the AFCC. Assuming that will be KC, its house money. I will not be surprised if they win or lose. Anything short, makes this a good season, but not a great one.

They seem reasonable, they have their realist and their homers. If the situation was reversed I think we'd have the same reaction here.

I thought I read Christian Wade is available for the Miami game. Is it crazy to give him a few chances to run in the 2nd half assuming the game is in hand. Personally, I would like to see what he has learned in the past 2 seasons. He is no longer protected after this season I believe.
