I know that this is a horrible thing to say, but that would be sweeet!
-
For some reason I have a feeling that the Bills are just gonna lay a whoopin on New England today. Final Score- BUF-31 NE- 17 Willis- 27 car, 148yds, 2tds JP- 18-29 275yds, 2tds! I'm callin it! the other guru in the house's prediction (Ne 30 Buf 10)

Bills that should stay or go this offseason
2003 replied to BillsFanForever19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Gandy=Gone, he can't block my legless grandma. Clements= Gone, the Bills will really miss him, though. Fletcher= Stay, the guy is a stud, and he should end up on the Bills wall of Fame. Kelsay= Gone, Hargrove will be his replacement. Tim Anderson= Gone, he blows Lindell= Stay, he has been incredible this year. Aiken= Stay, he is arguably this team's #1 special teamer. Shelton= Gone, all he can do is block. Davis= Gone, he has done nothing here. -
wasn't that fifth rounder for last year's draft?
-
Yea, I think Joe Thomas is top 2 material, but don't be surprised to see Joe Staley in a Bills uniform, the guy is a stud.
-
I agree with this, but the free agency market this year is very below average. But Eric Johnson would be a viable option at TE.

Well, today I stayed home from school because I got my heart ripped out by my Mets, so I thought showing off my Marv Levy skills to you guys would cheer me up. Without furter ado, here are your Super Bowl 42 champs! Re-signings- Mike Gandy... F-off, Nate Clements... Adios! Andre Davis... Siyanora! Regign London Fletcher. Free Agency- 1. Floyd Womack- I remember the Bills were very interested in this guy and he could come in immediately and compete for a starting guard spot. 2. Dwight Freeney- Call me crazy, but I can very well see him signing with the Bills. He went to Syracuse, is from Connecticut, and the Bills would die to have a great DE like him. Draft 1.) Hey, Philly is playin us tough...

I have no clue, from what I hear, booger mcfarland is waaaay overrated.
-
-Hargrove retains real upside and people forget that he was a project when he was taken in the first place. He is reasonably athletic and maybe under kollar he will blossom. The kid is immature and he is beset with personal issues. Frankly, i think its a good trade for buffalo. He is as good a shot as what you would most likely get in the fifth round anyway There is more to come. -Yes, it seems you got the better end of this deal. As GC said, DE A. Hargrove will probably blossom under tough Coach Bill Kollar. Tony is a an emotional, quick and physical player and I think that he will use this trade as an incentive to come back fast and furious. A couple of weeks ago Hargrove had a little problem with the team and the personnel office for a two day AWOL; he even failed to call the coaches but he seemed to have mended the situation by apologizing to everyone and admitting the reason for being fined. It was a personal, family related issue that kept him away. But it also black balled him since rookie DE Victor Adenyaju has been as good as or better than Hargrove.

Darn, the guy sounds like he's got some real potential. With the help of Bill Kollar (who was his D-line coach in STL ), we could have a real stud on our hands.. Good trade Marv!!
-
I agree, I think he could be a solid backup, but he is definitely an inedaquate starter. He was on his buttox for half the game. This game proved Marv's philosophy of how a team wins in the trenches, too bad the Lions proved it.

A Few Thoughts About The Game....
2003 replied to Bill from NYC's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree 100% with everything you said. On that sac by Anderson, he made Gandy look like my grandma trying to block him. Also, you are totally right about JP. He looked pretty good in the beginning of the game, but then he was getting pressured like a mother and threw some picks. I don't really blame him for his bad game. Lastly, Tim Anderson blows. I am also worried that the cover 2 might not be the right defense for our corners. Nate and Terence looked horrible out there today. -

I know, I know, but come on...Did you actually think the Bills would beat the bears?? -
A loss is a loss. The Bills may have lost 40-7, but even if they lost 3-2, it wouldn't matter because a loss is a loss. Now, I know all of you pessimists are going to say how this game killed the Bills' confidence, but all they have to do is forget about this game and go into Detroit and kick some ass. - Also, if you thought that the Bills could have went into Chicago and beat the best team in football, then you are a numbnuts!

Hey, a loss is a loss. We could have lost 5,000,000 to 0 or just 3-2, but tomorrow morning in the standing, we will still be 2-3. -
I got the same thing. Just unplug it and wait like 15 seconds.
-
My NFL Sunday Ticket is blacked out right now... Is this the same for anyone else? P.S.- GO BILLS!!
-
dammit! I think it's smart for him not to play. If he's not ready, then he's not ready. Next week, though, detroit better wear some extra padding, bcuz TKO is comin for them!

SPIKES WARMUP: Takeo Spikes has been warming up for about 15 minutes. He did some pass drop drills with linebackers coach Matt Sheldon. He looked okay, but wasn't going full speed. He talked to Perry Fewell and Dick Jauron came out late. There was no head nodding or anything, but Jauron patted him on the back before going back into the locker room. Aaron Schobel came out and talked to him to see if he was playing. Takeo made a gesture to him with his thumb and forefinger as if to say it's this close. When they were done talking though they gave each other a fist on fist bump and Schobel smiled. What does it all mean I'm not sure. He's still out on the field running. Honestly it could be good news or bad news. It could mean he's finishing warming it up to get ready to play (good news) or it could mean he's going through what his rehab regimen required for today if he can't play (bad news). I know that doesn't help much, but it's the best I could do from 300 yards away in a press box.

I saw that someone posted a video from Billszone.com that was made after the Miami game, and it was great. It would be nice to see if they made a Bills Vikings video.
