  1. I just moved out of the market to FL, I am going to go to TV school apparently lol... not sure what I am gonna do to get games. I have youtube tv to stream, but debating NFL ticket, Parmount plus etc... I feel like I am gonna learn a lot this year being technology deficient as I am.
  2. I am hanging on to this for part of the year and maybe make a signing/trade down the road if we are in contention and injuries don't bite us.
  3. So many IFs this year.... Does the secondary gel with two new safeties and where does Bishop fit in Does McGovern run the O Line as an anchor and who takes his Guard position Who emerges at WR to be the true #1 and do we see Kincaid become who we hope he becomes Does Milano return to game wrecking status and stay healthy, does Bernard take the leap to a Pro Bowl caliber LB Does Groot have it finally click and become a consistent threat, does Epinesa continue to grow and push him Does Von have a comeback year and dominate again Does Bass return to form or do we need a new kicker Does Elam justify his 1st rd pick, does Benford continue to nail down CB2 or move to safety. Lastly do we make room for another high end player (trade or FA signing) prior to the start of the season.
  4. I agree with most of this.... the only augmentation I have is Groot - not overly impressed I could be wrong here maybe he lights it up but I think what he can get on the open market will be more expensive then he may be worth. I want him badly to be a stud, but I am just not seeing it. Very streaky. Cook - I agree in principle but I feel like he is going to be a serious weapon if he ever settles down catching the ball... but in the end... do I want to tie up that cash. Tough decisions here.
  5. I agree here... I cant contemplate everyone else at this point.... but Kincaids production I see on a pretty steep increase... So I do think 90-100 receptions and 1000 yards for him. I think he beats out Shakir in receptions and yardage as well...
  6. This was a fun thread thanks OP!
  7. Roland Hooks - 25 24
  8. I like the day 2 or 3 RB picks each year... Not sure what Davis becomes... but if he at least pushes cook especially with pass catching that is not going to be a bad thing... we will see.
  9. 30 - I know lots folks would go Ko Simpson here... But, I am gonna pick a Chuck Knox Special... Lawrence McCutcheon.... 29
  10. My biggest concern is the "IF" factor... a lot of what Beane is doing is predicated on the improvement and growth of players existing on the team. So I worry less about a position group or who we brought. I worry more about will those existing players (Rapp, Bernard, Williams, Torrence, Shakir, McGovern, Cook, Kincaid, Benford, Elam, Groot, Epi, Von etc...) be able to raise their level of performance and grow their production. Like a Bernard who filled in the Edmonds gap and took it to another level... that's what my concern is... will all of these things fall into place.
  11. Nope OJ was originally 36... In fact he is on the cover of SI wearing 36 I think this link will work I hope https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fvault.si.com%2Fvault%2F1969%2F08%2F25%2Fthe-first-taste-of-oj-is-ok&psig=AOvVaw0Gou2nec7xjj97KyTLB-Y_&ust=1719334282237000&source=images&cd=vfe&opi=89978449&ved=0CAMQjB1qFwoTCJi8xbvZ9IYDFQAAAAAdAAAAABAE
  12. Gotta do this... 36 OJ 35
  13. 39 Levi "jeans" Wallace 38
  14. I know Andre is HOF.... but I would have loved to see Moulds play with Kelly in his prime, I just wonder what that woulda looked like.
  15. Gotta show my age here and go 42 - Rod Kush 41
  16. I would agree with this except Milano's availability severely reduces his overall impact and it is a shame because if healthy he can be a game wrecker. Oliver... love his game last year love his improvement. Not sure he cracks the top 100 players on my list. Hopefully if he continues to improve he might this year.
  17. 46 Leonard Smith 45
  18. I am debating in my head because I feel optimistic for the change... but then I wonder if I am just whistling by the graveyard and fooling myself... Time will tell. I think that if a true #1 emerges and Dalton Kincaid takes a step closer to a Kelce type tight end we may end up happy with the room at this point. We have speed MVS and Hamler, we have possession Shakir, Samuel .... but who is the pure 1... the route runner, the go to, the one they double up making others better. I don't think Coleman figures into the mix for this ( if he has a season like a 2nd year Gabe Davis that would be success). Shakir/Samuel would seem to be the best hope for a true emergence I am not sure I see teams game planning around them but one can hope. The wild card here that interests me is Claypool... this is an enigma he could easily fall off the chart and get cut. But if he has an epiphany, changes his spots and works his craft he certainly has the talent to be a if not a true #1 something like 1a guy. In the end I feel like there is reason for hope, but like a lot of things with this team, Safety, LB, OL, lots of IFs, lots of reliance on internal improvement and development. There is hope for this... and if it comes together we are much better for it now and down the road. If it doesn't and we need to upgrade at least we are in a better position to do it.
  19. 50 - Ray Bentley 49
  20. Ritchie Incognito 64 63
  21. To me the best chance to take the Division from the Bills is stopping them and matching QB play. To me Miami has lost a ton on D plus major starters coming back from major injury. I am not sure Tua is prepared to match Josh. The Jets D had proven to be difficult on the Bills and clearly Rodgers IF healthy IF.... can get into the arena with Josh. So my pick the Jets.
  22. I would be leary of this at most times taking the over. But I feel like TE is going to be a staple of our passing game this year to take pressure off of WR. So I think this is a big year for K squared.
