What did you do to cause the Bills to lose?
JP51 replied to Miyagi-Do Karate's topic in The Stadium Wall
Nothing I did absolutely nothing wrong... they lost despite all of my traditions being upheld... I put this loss squarely on them.... maybe it was the chicken... its previously been baked or grilled... but this was leftover Fried Chicken... maybe it needs to be fresh... damn... that coulda been it... I dont know... I do know I am washing that nasty shirt I wore 4 weeks in a row... thats for sure... -
I would add to this statement... that the smallish linebackers are poor in coverage and cant shed blocks to use their speed... essentially making them non events most of the time... its interesting when you get a violent LB with some size like Shaq in there... his play pops... he is also poor in coverage... but he is a disruptor and doesnt get eaten up by the block of a WR or running back...

I am not contemplating about putting the Chiefs out of the playoffs... Certainly they play tough teams, as we have learned everybody's tough... I think my focus is going on the road and beating Atlanta... we have enough of our own issues to worry about... JMO

Ridiculous stat that sums up the secondary play
JP51 replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
I tend to think thats because teams run all over us they dont need to pass LOL... seriously though, I would say overall this is the worst secondary I have seen in a long time... makes you long for Rasul and Kair LOL... -
I dont think he is a 1 either, I was wondering if we had a true 1... would that help him... not worried about paying him at this point, just some consistency
-
I think he will as well... I think if there was a real 1 and he was asked to be a 2 and a 50/50 ball guy he would end up being ok...
-
Keon is literally the least of our worries... unfortunately he doesn't seem to be lining up in the solution category either...

Mark Sanchez stabbed in Indianapolis, in STABLE condition in hospital
JP51 replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
I dunno man, like was it drug's, booze, roid rage, cte... like if he was a crazed violent dude... but never a peep out of him and then like a bomb went off... sprayed with mace and kept going... like LSD ... wtf.... I am sure there is gonna be waaaaaay more to this story before its over.... -
1 less turnover we win... 1 in the Red zone cost us points 1 in the defensive Red zone gave them points...
-
Fair enough... and you are right unless you are focusing sometime the nuanced play is hard to pick up... thanks for your perspective.

Interesting, I didnt see that after the 1Q... i also didnt notice Bosa out there... at one point I wondered if he was hurt and I looked specifically to see if he was out there. I felt like especially in the first half he was running around... thats why I had OL on my down... other posters at the game were more concerned that it was WR not open... its tough watching on TV if you dont see down field... it was probably a bit of both... solid coverage and solid pass rush.
-
agree with this about 100% especially Shaq again came to play, only thing is he looks to me like a liability in coverage... and that may be why he was limited early... cause in my eyes... this dude aside from that should start someplace. and he has led a hard life out there... with his physicality... he seems worn down...

Nice call on Epi, he did show up for the game for sure I was close to putting him in... but it literally occured to me that I havent seen him really make a play all season the only thing I see is missed tackles and blown coverage

The Bills lost their best Fan this morning.

Amen and so sorry for the posters loss, I have been there several times is so hard. -
Excellent point if you have field view its different than on TV when you cant really see downfield.
-
Another poster said that... I saw the pass rush in the first half as poor better in the second... maybe I need to go back and watch and rethink that...
-
They did better in the second half, he ran for his life in the 1st, but to your point, WR is an issue I believe. Getting open...
