Seriously... from our perspective we match up better against Flacco than whomever else that might be mobile... we are horrific at tackling... especially if it is a moving target... at least Flacco will stand still for us...

This is so not surprising and so indicting of coaching... worst in pass break ups, worst in tackling, bottom feeding against the run... secondary is a fire drill and they make up for it by not getting consistent pressure... someone really needs to be held accountable... this is horrid.

Yeah, I think the Browns pulled one over... the last thing the Bengals need is a statue back there with that OL... maybe this improves them by 1 win... maybe.. Flacco is becoming the new Testeverde... or Fitz at the end... like fairly good QB, plays for lots of teams... doesnt really move the needle but doesnt kill you....

I desperately wanted it to be down... but it wasnt... I couldnt honestly even Homer complain... he made a great play.

There was a couple DPIs the non call on the interference of Shakir on the 3rd down we kicked the tying field goal was particularily egregious.. but its Hochuli, he hates us. and will do whatever is in his power to screw us.... his red zone turnover was not good... quite honestly I wonder if WR down the field are consistently not open and he just makes amazing throws... I was also not enamored with Brady's ability to take advantage of what was being given... I get the all 22 rating... and by no means am saying Josh played poorly... but in my opinion did not leap over tall buildings in a single bound... and when he doesnt do that... well... we often lose... it would have been nice to see the defense make a critical stop... they unfortunately don't have it in them last drive most of the time...

I 100% agree, and I think in my 3 up and 3 down I alluded to it... I agree this was not their worst game... wasnt great... but not their worst... but at some point is it too much to ask the defense to get a stop when the game is on the line... Stats, non stats, all 22 etc... I get it... but Josh didnt wear a cape, the turnovers were horrid, but can the Defense step up when Josh is pedestrian and we turn it over a couple of times on the last drive? I just dont have confidence in that... and to me to win it all that has to happen on occasion...

I agree... the best way to achieve consistency is to implement the rules as they are written... the more judgement you put in the more variance... for sure.
