Certainly Josh can see the writing on the wall for the future of the Bills!
Kinkaid, Shakir & Knox are his basic passing options. Gone are John Brown, Gabe Davis, Diggs and Cole Beasley. These were receivers he could count on to be in the right place and make tough catches.
Obviously, he can see the defensive side of the ball with veterans (Tre White, Jordan Poyer, Milano and Jordan Phillips) playing poorly past their prime years. The younger players on defense - especially the back 7 - are basically too small, slow and miss routine tackles.
So - as he said recently, "there's more in life for me than just football play". His cross country relationship with wife Hailee has to be stressful. Could he follow in the footsteps of Andrew Luck?
His eyes tell the story. Is the fire gone?
