I'm starting to really get annoyed with OBL of late: Steve Tasker, Chris Brown, and Maddy Glab are the biggest butt-lickers I've ever heard. If you ask them this question: If the Bills have the best offense, score the most points, the most efficient why don't they win the super bowl? They are so biased it's pathetic... They say 1 bad thing about the Bills they're fired

NFL is considering some rule changes in 2025
ryguy101 replied to ryguy101's topic in The Stadium Wall
the 49ers won the toss and wanted to receive the ball. instead of giving the chiefs offense the ball first to see if they would go down and either punt, fg, or td they took the ball and then got a field goal giving Mahomes the opportunity to get a win by a TD. they didn't know about the super bowl rules - they were probably just thinking about the regular season OT rules.... -
The NFL is considering some rule changes in 2025: 1. Regular season OT rules modified to playoff format - Ever since 13 seconds this one has been under fire. They obviously changed it for the postseason but it does IMO need to be changed for the regular season. We shouldn't have to be worried if our team will get the ball in OT based on a coin toss (controversy in 49ers chiefs game also) 2. Virtual measurements - I think that will be better so we don't have to worry about blind refs. Ehem... Josh Allen spot in Bills-Chiefs game on QB sneak... CBS Sports - "The NFL would be using Sony's Hawk-Eye SkeleTRACK system, a 14-camera system that specifically monitors more than two-dozen skeletal points on a player's body. "That system, along with the chips in the footballs and the 18 other specific cameras strategically placed around the stadium" 3. Replay assist could have more power - CBS sports "step in for objective penalties like a facemask. This version of replay assist would only apply if a flag is thrown that should NOT have been thrown." BUT.. the one that wasn't called on Sam Darnold would not be able to be replayed because replay can't throw a flag if the refs didn't

Why is the switch between college to NFL Gameplay so hard? We have seen a lot of athletes who perform so well and do amazing things in college but then falter to the floor when in the NFL. for example, Tavon Austin and Johnny Manziel. 1. you can get in college by being a superior athlete. However, mostly all players in the NFL are superior athletes. however in the NFL the mental side needs to be successful Interesting take: there are 134 FBS schools each around 85 scholarship players. that equals around 11,390 players. about 25% end their college career each year so roughly 2850 players. But there are only 224 sports in the draft. So a fraction of college players are even good enough to be drafted while much less actually see playing time. ~~The average college team has maybe one NFL caliber starter on their team. maybe the SEC and a few select programs have around 5. and as I said earlier an NFL roster is an NFL caliber players, for the most part. 2. playbooks are bigger and more complicated, coaches expect more from year, there's more workouts and are more intense 3. all the guys are playing against each other are pros. the blocking schemes and play design get a lot more complicated and leave less room for error. ANY INPUT?

carolina Panthers! they played as playoff contenders the last 8ish games. I believe they will make the playoffs next year

Amazon Prime Is doing an exclusively game only on Prime either day as well. I'm sure Al Michaels will be EXCITED -
Joe Buck/Troy Aikman/Lisa Salters crew confirmed they will be in Pittsburgh for the Bengals/Steelers Week 18 matchup

Yes don't necessarily agree with these announcer assignments. For me, I'd prefer to have CBS's A-team of Nantz/Romo/Wolfson doing Eagles/Giants or Bills/Pats and FOX's A-team of Burkhardt/Brady doing Seahawks/Rams or Dolphins/Jets

never forget his pick six against the Bears a few years back. 20-17 Bucs leading with less than 5 min to go in the game right at the goal-line. Joe Davis: "intercepted by Shaq Barrett. fighting at the goal-line for a pick six!!"
