Guess we won't get a last minute Chargers field goal to possibly win the game. We will have to wait another year to see if Nate Kaeding has reincarnated on the Chargers... -

The Chargers are back! -
I hope Lamar loses to the Steelers if he gets the MVP. More MVP titles than playoff wins would expose the people responsible voting for this as the racist/prejudice tools they are for denying Allen twice by moving goal posts and changing the criteria to justify their guy winning it

Ravens have no Zay Flowers this week. I hope Watt feasts on Lamar and gives him the poops again out of fear and playoff Lamar chokes once again. Dude already has a ***** up stomach. Flare that ***** up

Wildcard weekend. Your upset call.

I could see the Broncos possibly beating us. It all depends how the defense shows up and if it can get off the field on third down without giving up long sustaining drives to the Broncos. Broncos run a good screen game we struggle with. Time of possession battle can get scary quick. If our receivers struggle to separate and get shut down by guys like Surtain, going to be a long day. I have us winning an ugly 23-20 contest but I can see that flipping. I can also see the Rams beating the Vikings. I still don't fully trust Darnold -
Bills have one of the best QBs ever to play the game. McDermott has had a hand in selecting the defensive players who have routinely choked/not come up big in playoff games. Guys that first round picks have been used on (Rousseau, Oliver, Elam, etc). Ultimate responsibility falls to the coach and we don't have a ring right now, despite Allen having amazing playoff performances, because of his coaching, because of McDermott. A better coach pulls a Belichick or Harbaugh in that 13 second game and has our defenders hold every Chiefs player to kill clock and force a hail mary. A better coach doesn't see teams repeatedly score on will in us in key playoff games and even in some regular season games as of late (no excuse why Allen is 1-1 in games when the offense scored over 40 points this year other than McDermott being a failure at the defensive side of the ball). He is Schottenheimer 2.0 right now. If the Bengals played us with Chase and Higgins and Burrow they put would up a lot of points like the Rams, Lions, Dolphins, Cardinals, etc did. Bengals defense is weaker than two years ago but their offense scores a lot and we struggle to stop good offenses. Denver is a good team but we should be better and us fans should expect more. Win the game and get a Super Bowl ring with one of the best QBs to ever play the game. If we lose it falls on coaching unless Allen completely plays terribly. Bucs had to get rid of Dungy to get a Super Bowl ring. Patriots had to get rid of Pete Carroll to get a super bowl ring. Sometimes changes are necessary.

Denver just scares me less than say the Bengals or even Miami. Our defense going up against Burrow, Chase, Higgins. We would have to score 40 to win. We needed a 60 yard kick versus the Dolphins in our last game and our defense forced like one punt. Denver isn't that explosive so it think Allen can do enough to get us like a 27-20 win or something. Ravens are scariest right now. We need Chargers to beat them. Henry kills us

Nightmare College Professor Stories you have
ProcessImproverMan replied to Another Fan's topic in Off the Wall
I once had an African American history professor for an African American history class show us the same documentary (slavery by another name )four times over the course of a 15 week semester because she kept forgetting she showed it to us. She was older and may have started on her path to serious memory issues. Who knows. She isn't there anymore. It was pretty funny though to see her repeatedly ask if we had seen the documentary, us basically lying and saying "no we hadn't" and then her showing it again and basically doing whatever at the back of the room while we worked on course work for other classes. I and other students had saved our older work sheets on the film and would just copy the answers over very quickly. Basically got us study hall work sessions. She also gave As to most of the class if you simply agreed with her and said "black people had it bad and still do because A, B, C reasons." I simply wrote a paper on Slavery by Another Name for my final to really show I had learned the material and paid attention the four times I watched it in class....I had a classmate who was foreign who all of this was new to (she literally said MLK was the nice black guy and Malcolm X the mean one during the first week) and she even got an A by the end simply parroting whatever the professor said. I had another professor who taught French (Gen Ed requirement) who came from the Congo. Dude opened up the first day about how he came to the US and that his mom and sister was raped in the Congo years ago by soldiers.....real ice breaker discussion there....Dude played alot of African French language movies and had us basically try to answer questions in French. Mind you we were all beginners of sorts. Dude also used to work as a school for troubled people and told us a story of how one of his female students tried to escape and when he went after her, she started screaming "there is a large black man chasing me trying to rape me" as she ran the school and school yard. Another lovely ice breaker topic that first week of class -
Good thing we have him locked up. The Jets would be all over him if they could.
-
Beane needs to select him as our backup to Allen. We won't have to change our scheme Notre Dame winning it all! Go Irish!
-
He still had to make the hail Mary throw. He still lit up the Eagles defense for 5 passing touchdown and led a game winning drive yet again. He had one of the best performances out of any QB against a pretty good Eagles defense. Clock should have ran out and Saints never given the time to score a touchdown. Officials admitted clock official stopped the clock too long. Washington had 4 wins with the same team last year. Daniels is elevating everyone. He doesn't have a whole lot to work with and is putting up very good numbers.
-
Daniels has more of a claim to MVP than Lamar. Ravens still make the playoffs with Henry. Washington was a 4 win team last year.
-
Daniels should be rookie of the year
-
With the way Daniels is playing and how guys like McLaurin are having much better years thanks to it....it would not surprise me if they knocked someone out in the playoffs and made a run. Daniels when he has been on has really been on. Best touch on deep balls I've seen from rookies in years and he has that 4th quarter comeback magic. They definitely overachieved and that's a credit to Daniels. What a difference a QB makes. Honestly they are like the Bills with Allen in my opinion except we have a bit more talent. Both teams carried by great QBs

CJ Stroud's uncontrollable crying.....
ProcessImproverMan replied to Special K's topic in The Stadium Wall
Stroud also has seen his receiving group get devastated by injuries this year and has been dealing with a weak offensive line. We saw the struggles Allen had against the Ravens and Texans prior to getting Cooper to help open up the offense.
