Marvin Harrison Jr wants to be a Bill
TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall
Why isn't it possible ? I think Arizona wants to move down. I don't think they're ready until 2025 anyways: Arizona receives: Buffalo 2024 1st rd pick Buffalo 2024 2nd rd pick Buffalo 2024 4th rd pick Buffalo 2025 1st rd pick Buffalo 2025 3rd rd pick Buffalo receives: Arizona 2024 1st rd pick -
The chiefs aren't going anywhere, this is simply the standard procedure for billionaire owners to extort their citizens. And even if they did move, it wouldn't be far it would just be across county and state lines to Kansas and they'd still be called the Kansas city cheifs. Also, this should come as no surprise the Hunt family received an F grade from players for a reason. Finally, to pay for the renovation costs they're proposing to extend the current 3/8 cent sales tax increase through 2070, a 40 year extension. Lets say your typical resident buys about $20,000 in goods per year that have sales tax, that would equate to an extra $75/year or $3,000 for the entire 40 year extension. Even though they won't move far I'm still hoping they move. It would cause some turmoil for a franchise that hasn't seen much lately.

Sam Martin's Salary Guaranteed
TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th replied to BillsFanForever19's topic in The Stadium Wall
Martin is not very good. Bottom of the league in most punting metrics. This is another cap casualty, we can't upgrade because it's not in the budget. If I hear anyone say the cap isn't real I'll throw up. -
Yep. His main reason for coaching Colorado was to develop his son. I predict they will have another mediocre season, but sanders will have good numbers. Deion will do a good job hyping his son, who will ultimately be selected by Pittsburgh with a high draft pick, much to his chagrin. Ultimately , Shadeur will flame out of the NFL. Meanwhile Deion will coach Colorado for another year after his son leaves. The season turns out to be his worst season of the three. At this point, even the most faithful Colorado fans have made a 180 and soured on him. They will buy him out from the remainder of his contract and he will transition into an analyst role on ESPN, where he spends all his waking moments blaming his sons poor play on "cold weather conditions".

Stupid pet peeve of mine but I hate when writers don't use that whole quote. "Jack-of-all trades but a master of none IS OFTENTIMES BETTER THAN A MASTER OF ONE" Samuel was rated the #1 running back in all of New York in high school. He primarily played running back at Ohio state before transitioning to wide receiver for the nfl draft. This guy is our deebo Samuel! He's super fast and is not afraid of contact , just look at the highlights! In Carolina he played with Cam Newton who at that time was running on fumes. He then played with the likes of pj walker and Sam Howells. Just wait until this guy has a dynamic qb like allen.

NFL Admits Mistake, Bengals get 3rd Rnd Comp Pick
TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th replied to boyst's topic in The Stadium Wall
The conference is much better now and they were 6-3 in one score games that season. They wouldn't fare well at all without allen. -
NFL Admits Mistake, Bengals get 3rd Rnd Comp Pick
TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th replied to boyst's topic in The Stadium Wall
They have a great roster because of Josh allen. The massive contracts of knox , von miller , tre white and even diggs are really hindering what we can do in free agency . And a lot of this could have been avoided. Without Josh Allen we would be lucky to have 6 wins. -

Agreed. And I'm ready to move on from beane. The cap is real and the bills are finding that out the hard way. -

Epenesa re-signing, 2-year deal
TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
He's not that guy and he's not being paid to be that type of guy. If he has a similar season to last I'll be happy. -
The signing makes no sense. He was terrible last year. There were about 65 qbs who played at least a game or two last year. I would rank him bottom 10 closer to bottom 5. And not only that, but mentally he looks lost. Here are the qb stats from last year https://www.pro-football-reference.com/years/2023/passing.htm I completely agree with this KC player: Schwartz, who won Super Bowl LIV with the Kansas City Chiefs, isn't a fan Buffalo's strategy of cutting several players on Wednesday and then signing quarterback Mitch Trubisky. "It’s hilarious that Buffalo is cutting all these guys and they’re still over the cap but they’re OK paying Trubisky more than league minimum. Do they not watch football?" Schwartz tweeted. At the end of the day it probably doesn't matter because Allen is an Ironman.

Trubisky seriously looked like one of the worst qbs in the league last year. He looked like a guy that wanted to be a backup and hold a clipboard , and when his number was called did not seem remotely prepared or motivated. For a team that has cap issues , I don't understand this signing at all . We would have been better served to use a late round pick on a QB.

Multiple people shot at KC parade.
TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th replied to fasteddie's topic in The Stadium Wall
Just to a look at the top donors of the gofundme for the lady that was shot and killed. Taylor swift donated $100,000 and then after that I don't notice a single name. None of these multi millionaire football players could muster up a few measley thousand dollars? Mahomes is worth like 100 million. Him donating $10,000 is the equivalent of an average American who is worth $100,000 donating $10. I cant imagine the outreach and support if this happened to fellow bills mafia. -
Is OT in the playoffs still broken?
TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
It's fine as is. I'd argue kicking off has a bigger advantage than receiving . -
What is your unpopular Bills opinion?
TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
They can save $19 million against the cap if they trade him post June 1. Of course, most decent free agents will be gone at that point but I'd still rather let beane have 19 million to play with, plus whatever draft capital we receive in return, than having diggs back on the team. -

The bills are a better team without diggs. -
Yeah I don't get it at all.. he doesn't need the money. But he seemed to enjoy the subway canister.

Jim Harbaugh to become new Chargers HC
TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
The chargers are going to be really really good. I wouldn't be surprised if they won the divison. My hope is that kelce retires, the chargers win the division and knock the chiefs out of the playoffs.
