  1. For my mental health I'm assuming we lose this weekend and I'll be satisfied with the progress we made this year and optimistic with the fact that we have cap space and a lot of draft picks. If we win, I'll be pleasantly shocked.
  2. Definitely obvious some of our fans have not come to terms with the fact that our new identity is one of running the ball behind a big O-line and Josh not doing everything by himself
  3. My god, we held them under their season average and we mostly contained the best RB in football. The defense was fine. It's never going to be elite but it's playing well enough to win a SB if Josh plays well IMO
  4. As a Kentucky native/sports fan just wanted to show my boy some love.. Did a lot with a few opportunities tonight. Need dudes like him and Ty to win big games.
  5. We match up better with them than the Ravens imo
  6. It feels different because we actually have physicality and an elite run game... We're not reliant on Josh Allen to do everything. The fact that he threw for 126 yards and we beat the Ravens, who have the best top to bottom roster in football IMO, in the divisional round of the playoffs isn't something we could've dreamed of 2 or 3 years ago... I also think we underestimate how big of a team cancer Stefon Diggs was. Just a totally different vibe without him.
  7. Pretty easily Ty Johnson for me... Was considered a depth piece when he was signed for almost nothing and now he's a vitally important cog in the offensive machine
  8. This is because we have a running game now. I love the more balanced look Brady gives us.
  9. Just curious what you guys think about Torrence now 2 years into his career?
  10. Friendly tip: Completely erase your memory of yesterday's game. There is absolutely nothing of substance to take away from it.
  11. I wanted Bullock and Kinchens over Bishop but it is what it is at this point.. Just hope he continues to develop.
  12. If McD doesn't get to at least the AFCG I would prefer we move on but I doubt that's going to happen I still think he's a liability in the big moments
  13. This is by far the best RB and WR group Allen has ever had. The O-line is also very good. I don't agree with this statement this year.
  14. LOL okay man... I'm sorry the numbers don't support your narrative.
  15. Last year, he had 5/59 against the Texans in the playoffs but that game was an all system failure for the Browns. In his previous playoff game against the 49ers when he was a Cowboy (the infamous Dak run up the middle game) he had 6/64/1.. In 2018, he went 7/106 then 6/65/1 in two playoff games with Dallas. So yeah I don't really know what you're talking about. Can't be worse than Diggs in the playoffs.
  16. So we're letting the guy who couldn't get the team over the hump build a new roster that will do what exactly? The same thing?
  17. Rebuilding from what? Divisional round losses? Our franchise QB being 7 years into his career and having the worst pass catching group since he had to throw to the leftover trash of the drought era his rookie year is a complete organizational failure that starts with Brandon Beane
  18. Bad coaching and roster construction will certainly make one look "off"
  19. Correct, we are in a "reset" mode because we have a) spend a lot of bad money and b) not drafted particularly well
  20. Yes not washing my Bills socks is what lead "Mack Hollins" to be the focal point of our offense
  21. No elite QB in the league has played with less all-pro's than Josh Allen. People talk about Beane hitting on picks in the 4th - 7th rounds but that's mainly due to expectations. Getting solid players from that range is a shock so I think their impact is overstated. If you don't hit on at least some of your early round picks you're not going to be a real contender in this league.
  22. It's been 7+ years and we're now expecting Brandon Beane is suddenly going to put elite talent around Josh Allen?
  23. Pretty straightforward question
  24. Kentucky football fan. Loved Ray Davis at Kentucky but he was athletically limited and I was always skeptical about how he would translate to the NFL. He's a dime a dozen back at this level. I'm sure McBeane fell in love with his story (which is inspiring no doubt) and overlooked his clear limitations. It is what it is.
  25. Just seems like it's our franchise QB's 7th year and he's being asked to carry more of a load than ever (which is a lot). I know at a micro level people are excited about the win yesterday but this also seems like a mediocre roster overall that Josh is being asked to carry (as usual). Thoughts?
