My BIL is a huge football fan (Giants) I never cared about sports outside of MMA and Baseball. Every time Id go to his house football seemed to be on, and I was watching a game and really enjoyed it. I started watching on my own and everytime the Bills happened to be on. They're a fun, gritty, blue collar team so I fell inlove. I also randomly have a Bills backers bar in my town, ended up wandering in there and meeting some of the nicest people.

This is what my buddy thinks. He was saying we should be happy with 9 wins and don't expect the playoffs this year

Is this your forever home? If it is, it's not a bad option, but there are a ton of tankless systems out there that you can choose from. Their tech-support is phenomenal, I would see if one of the local HVAC companies offers a contract. I would imagine parts would probably be rather expensive to replace and I would also assume not every company would carry all of the parts. Rinnai makes a good product from what I understand.
