But I'm sticking with needing an offensive mind. Josh is at, or close to, the midpoint of his career,and we have to help him NOW.

How many times has he had the " why the hell bother" or "WTH else can I do" look on his face on the sidelines? Allen and Diggs and maybe a couple other team leaders need to have a private sitdown with Terry. I said it before...Allen needs to say "he goes or I sit".
