He is a Billionare and this is his hobby. He makes money even if the seats are empty, BUT he knows fans will flock to the stands even of this team is 2-15. So why would he be motivated to do anything? If Josh left tomorrow he is still everything listed above, and he will still make money, and fans will still flock to the stadium. They aren't winning the superbowl. I get fans won't accept it, but I still doubt we make the playoffs. IF we do, its 1 and done.

Josh Allen is John Elway, other than Elway got to Superbowls being Elway, but he has the 3 amigos which helped. When Dan Reeves was gone, Shanahan was brought in. Word has it Elway didnt want to switch from his gun slinger style and convert to WCO. Further word is he complained to owner Pat Bowlen and Pat said tough! Elway goes on to winning 2 superbowls. Its time for a change across the board and Josh needs to change and further develop himself. He is already showing signs of not being as fast or agile and we have all seen guys with playstyles like Josh fall off the cliff quickly. Nothing changes this year, but relying on him to "Do Josh things" as he has in the past, is quickly coming to an end.
